In the bath room was bath tub not walk shower which I really need and more convenient for me in my age. I hope that soon in some rooms the bath rooms will be doted in a walk shower to be able to choose the room according to this important choice for me .

Buongiorno Lugano First of all the staff are welcoming, gentle , helpful very professional the manager of the hotel should be proud of his team staff . Excellent location, the hotel is an a wonderful palace . The view of the marvelous lake and mountains from my room is wonderful . The room very nicely decorated , the bed so comfortable. Excellent restaurants , the breakfast as well there was a big variety with nice staff as well . my stay in hotel Royal splendid was fabulous . I highly recommend it . Grazie mille 💐

In my check in they put my in the old building withe old furniture and broken door was shocked and went back to the reception to Chang the smelly old furniture Rome and I was the only one and told them to Change it then after awhile they Chang it to knew building that smell fresh and nice furniture but connected room.

The rooms in the old building are a bit dated and can be dark. A lot of staff in the restaurant, but still a lot of wait between dishes.

The main issue we didn’t like is that the dogs or pets are allowed in eating areas such as restaurants or breakfast area .

Room is big and beautiful. we had room with lake view and it was splendid. bed was Comfort. Toilet was big and shower was very good and didn't leakage water. breakfast was delicious but its variety was poor. Swing pool and sauna was very nice and good.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The attention to detail in customer service was beyond amazing, and the hotel staff were incredible. We stayed off season during the first week of December and the hotel was decorated beautifully. There’s a gym, sauna, pool, and spa in the hotel, which we made use of due to some bad weather. The bar and restaurant were fantastic as well. Our room was clean and very spacious, and we had a balcony with a lake view. The location is about a 10 minute walk into the center of town. It’s a beautiful walk if you follow the path along the lake. We also had hotel transportation to and from the train station. This hotel was truly a vacation in itself. What a treat!!
