Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location close to Davos Dorf train station and ski bus. Short walk to bubble lift to Madrisa ski area. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast and good half board in the evening. Lovely mountain view.

Staff was really friendly. The rooms are as per the picture, nothing less, nothing more. The bus stop is next to the hotel.

Switzerland-Breakfast is communicated from 7-10am. We arrived at 9.45 to the breakfast room and were greeted with “we need to lock this room at 10am you need to leave by then.” This made us very unconfortable, also as at this point we could not do anything about it or we were not informed about the very strict breakfast rules beforehand (e.g. at checkin). Usually until 10 for us means Hotel takes away the buffet, but you can still sit until 10.15-10.30. Staff was friendly so this seems like a management issue. Also we were not the only ones annoyed with this strict rule, people who arrived before us also could not understand why we were kicked out at 10.
+ Very good location, walking distance to madrisa cable car station. Very friendly staff and helpful. We forgot to bring milk for our daughter and the receptionist offered to help. Breakfast selection is good and healthy (fresh fruits, cereal, yogurt, cold cuts, scrammbled eggs).

The bed is very comfy. The hotel is well-equiped and easy for family with children, as we have rooms with connection door. Breakfast gives what you need.

SwitzerlandNothing to complain, but if you're mainly going to ski in davos-klosters, you might want to consider a different location (klosters-platz). Then it's only a few minutes on the bus/train, that drops you off right at the gondola so really not a big thing.
Hotel is very close to the train station and bus stop, (few minutes walk) so pretty convenient for getting to the other ski areas. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Don't expect modern rooms, but it had everything we needed, good size and it was all super clean. Breakfast was great and had lots of variety.
