Some of employees are rudely. No market or shops at the location but it’s not their fault. However, this hotel is impressive.

Location, Spa facilities and quiet hotel, it’s been designated for exceptional moments. The girl at reception offered me a room with balcony and upgraded me without extra fees. I will never forget my moments here.

Very good value for half-pension. Very good breakfast, very lovely restaurant staff. Stoos is a lovely place - quiet and beautiful nature close by Spa is nice - I could imagine it becomes crowded on weekends. FYI: Not nakes area is quite small, but overall nice size.

Nice place for skying. Besides close location to skying infrastructure the hotel has many other possibilities: swimming pool, sauna, fitness center. The food is the restaurant is really delicious!

Dinner was ok.

We had a nice and spacious room with a balcony, loved the cosy atmosphere in the lobby with a fireplace. We enjoyed the big spa with many different saunas and a pleasant relaxing area. Especially appreciated the fact that we could further use the spa after checking out, a great thing when weather is not perfect. Wonderful breakfast buffet with great choice of local products and in a pleasant surrounding. Very helpful staff which even organised a transport to funicular as there was quite a bit of snow. I left my headphones and phone charger in my room and phoned the hotel an hour later. They „couldn‘t find them“. Disappointing and strange.

I didn't find the pillows comfortable although there was a choice between 2 types in the room. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, so in the hot months will be challenging.

We had an amazing experience! The staff is very welcoming and professional, it was a pleasure to communicate with all of them, starting from reception and continuing to the restaurant and SPA. The room was stylish, clean and everything looked modern and was working. The breakfast was with a lot of choices and plentiful. We enjoyed the swimming pool and oujtside jacuzzi as well.

We needed twin beds, which we had. But they were not 90cm each - so a little small for our liking.

The hotel is really cosy and nicely decorated. The staff is lovely. The dining/breakfast room is absolutely lovely, same with the food.

There is nothing that I am missing with this hotel.

Staff throughout the hotel were attentive and very helpful. We stayed here to celebrate a special day for my wife. Staff contributed to this and made it a very memorable event. There is nothing that i miss in this hotel. The spa and food is excellent and the nature around is breathtaking.

There is nothing that could be said that we did not like at the property or around it. Everything was extremely well managed and maintained.

The whole experience at Stoos was outstanding. Hotel was exceptional with all facilities that one may require for a family of 4. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Lusia, Adrian and Alexander at the Restaurant for taking care of my family's specific preferences during the breakfast and dinner each night with warm welcome and smiles. At the Front Desk Vivian was extremely hospitable and represented the Swiss hospitality with warmth and pride to perfection. Wellness staff, the Swimming pool, hot tub and sauna were solid plus but pleasant surprise was the sets of high standards bicycles available for Guests for use added some memorable moments with our son who celebrated his 14th birthday at Stoos. We will definitely revisit.

My room was quite hot.

Great to be able to stay in the mountain town up at Stoos, it means you can relax and take it all in instead of going up and down in a day. Friendly and helpful staff, chilled vibe and pleasant outdoors area to have a drink etc as well as comfortable bar lounge area inside. Breakfast had a good range with some made to order options too.

It is expensive. You also need to spend at least 50 CHF per person for a bahn multi-day pass to get to Stoos, plus 5,- for the local bus to/from the nearest train stations, unless you already have a Swiss Travel Pass. We had interrail but next time would consider the Swiss Travel Pass for a trip primarily in Switzerland.

A special place to visit. Facilities and comfort exceeded expectations. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Clean and diverse wellness area with spa/pool. Solid breakfast too. All around a great stay - recommended.
