Fabulous location in a quaint village; close enough but far away from St Moritz! Great access to all transportation. Staff vey helpful. Breakfast was excellent and onsite restaurant a real bonus. Very comfortable room.

Room was small; too hot and had to open window which let a lot of noise in from road and adjacent train. Expensive for facilities provided.

Parking was a little expensive and the covered spaces on the bottom level did not allow enough space to even open your doors once parked, very difficult to get in and out of your car, encouraging others to leave dents in your doors as they entered and exited cars parked next to mine :/

Fabulous hotel...great, helpful staff. Located across the street from the Bernina Express train station making it very easy for my mobility-impaired family members to walk there. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and great coffee.

I small doona cover which wasn’t even long enough to cover feet Out of town as described but decent uphill walk to get into town “Mountain View” is of the train station No overhead light in room - random stand up lamp placed in as light Unhelpful night staff

This js Switzerland so you do get what you pay for. Restaurant was nice but expensive of course room was fine but thankfully only a couple of days

The pillows were not comfortable and the extra pillows were also not comfortable.but in general everything else was so good that I won't complain .we had a great time.

we train and hiked every where and we loved the restaurant in the hotel .all foods were really delicious made by Italians that really knew how to bake and cook.

Absolutely nothing-everything was just perfect

Three words describe this amazing accommodation - convenient, clean, and comfortable. It is right next to the train station and only 10 minutes by train to St Moritz. The room we got had a pretty picture window of the mountains ( see photo). Breakfast was great and inside a pretty log like cabin restaurant within the hotel. I can not speak more highly of the amazing staff who helped me to get to the hospital as I took a fall on the train. They were so helpful and caring.

rooms tend to be too warm for our liking, with limited ability to adjust.

We have been coming to this small hotel for over forty years and have never been disappointed. Quality of service and facilities has always been very good to excellent, prices are reasonable, rooms are nice and clean, complementary breakfast is superb and having an excellent restaurant / pizzeria in house means you don't have to go anywhere else in the evenings. Being right across from the train station (which is not overly busy) is always a major draw for us. You simply don't need a car to get around from here.

Very close to train station, very clean, friendly and accommodating staff, loved the sound of the river at night, and bonus of free transfer on bus and short train rides, as well as the funicular. Would definitely stay again!

A really friendly and comfortable hotel. The breakfast was superb and the bar and restaurant for dinner were good. Breakfast available from 7 to 10 am. Location is perfect, not only a minute from the train station but also direct access to the Engadine bus service with direct links to the main cable cars and mountain lifts. I stayed 5 nights which gave me a free local pass for trains, buses and lifts. The view from the room was fantastic, overlooking mountains and the river down from the glacier.

We are travellers, Hotel Station by far was the most expensive hotel I had ever booked. After 8hours of long journey. Hotel room compliment with 2 bottle of water. No boiler with tea and coffee. Floor is cold without slipper. Water heater not working. Use cold icy water to wash face and mouth. Go to bed without bathing.

Hotel is opposite Pontresina station.
