Just a tiny misunderstanding in room description: on booking.com. it was mentioned "a bathrobe and slippers", which were not in the room.

Location is perfect, near the station, big supermarket and tram stop. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, which is brand new, very big, cosy and equipped with everything you need. Comfy beds, quiet area, nice balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee. Very convenient that guests can leave their luggage before check-in/after check-out. Breakfast selection is not over the top, but more than enough. Good coffee! We will definitely come back again 😊

Our room was bigger than expected and it had a balcony, too. It was very clean and also had a coffee machine and a high table in case you want to eat in your room.

The hotel locates in a nice location, nearby the train station and close to supermarkets. The room is clean and nice. Not mention the price is extremely low compared to other hotels in Basel.

Nothing to complain for the single night stay we had.

We just spent one night in this hotel because we had a morning flight to catch. But was very comfortable and clean and spacious. You have a small kitchen in the apartment that we didn't use, and a nice balcony. It was very quiet overall.

Not being able to eat in the apartment and no tea/coffee available in the apartment. Bathroom door difficult to close so likely quite noisy for neighbours.

I wasn't fond of the touchbutton door locks, but it was only a small inconvenience.

We had a nice, roomy apartment with a bathroom, two bedrooms and a balcony for half the price of two double rooms in Bern Ibis budget hotel, which was a nice surprise. The location is excellent, in a silent street, a 5 min walk from the train station. I liked the relaxed atmosphere of the lounge. The host at the unified bar/reception was kind and helpful.

Only one bed covering - adequate but not super toasty.

Excellent room. I would have got a capsule had I been a little more prepared, but mine was large and well appointed. The shared shower facilities were excellent - clean, powerful, nice design. Brilliant location on the "nice" side of the train station - the other side had lots of homeless people and pan-handlers.

This was my second stay in the hotel. A wonderful location, very good breakfast with a very reasonable price. Great and clean room. Fast WiFi! Overall, great and very comfortable experience! Just be aware to book a room with a private bathroom which I always booked! Would definitely stay again in the future!

I do not believe they had a real restaurant for dinner and no sport accomodation.

Was allemaal vrij nieuw and zelfservice was a very good experience. I would recommend this facility.

Pillows were somewhat flat, not super comfy. It could be improved. A closet for clothes would also be reasonable to install.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station, very easy to access several bus and tram lines. The staff was excellent, very kindly explained the way the apartment access works and what to see/eat in the city.

Nothing I can think of!

It was a second time I used the hotel with my family. It is spacious (triple room) and I love the fact that the room does not have TV set. We can have quiet time and playing cards etc. The atmosphere of the hotel and its staff are so welcoming. And, the price does not sound like "swiss price" although the hotel locates just within 5 minutes from main Basel HB. I will use this hotel again if we go to Switzerland again!

No hot water in the morning I was staying. Had to have a cold shower, which on a winter morning is just awful. I want to believe this was an isolated event, and if so I would recomend/stay here anyway.

Clean and comfy place to stay. Is extremely well located near the train station. Staff is super nice.
