If staying her for a long period with lots of luggage the rooms could perhaps be a little crammed. Was a nice room for ourselves with a short stay.

Staying at Hotel Kooook in Bern was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The unique concept of customizable rooms truly sets this hotel apart. I loved being able to tailor my stay to my preferences, whether it was choosing the decor or even the scent of the room. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the room was both stylish and comfortable. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Bern with easy access to all the attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic stay. I can't wait to visit again!

The rooms were a bit small for two people, but we made it work. Only one washer/dryer on the property.

Excellent location, near sights, bars and restaurants. Very clean rooms, and very comfortable beds! We slept very well! The common areas are comfortable and well equipped with complimentary coffee/tea. The staff were friendly and helpful!

The location. Bern is quite complex to navigate. It took us longer than expected to reach.

Love the hotel style. Uniqness frontage among the old town of Bern. Easy to do self check-in, lovely staircase that led to the rooftop where we managed to catch both sun rise and sun set.

The room was cosy, modern and looks beautiful. The space was quite small for 2 people but we stayed 2 night and wasn’t so bad.

The location. You are in centre of the city and you reach any objective quickly.

There were a few small steps that weren't aways obvious and are tripping hazards.

Common areas were wonderful, stocked with refreshments and cooking facilities. Rooms were well thought out with maximum usage of small spaces. Loved the dart gun!

Awesome room. Small but very functional and smart use of space. I loved the design of the room and common areas were great. I had used a fully mobile checkin and key system before, but it was easy to navigate and I loved it being different from the normal hotel experience. The place was centrally located and within walking distance of anything you want to see in old town. Would highly recommend.

The shower in the room was not so convenient and there was no bench for luggage and no place to hang stuff. The couches in the common area were very uncomfortable and kept sliding.

The property is very conveniently located within a short walk from the train station and right in the centre of the old town. Although the room itself was rather small it is very well designed and the space is optimized. The room and common areas are very clean. The hotel offers a communal kitchen and rest area with comfy coaches which we used both during out stay and on the day of the departure after checking out. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need to prepare and enjoy your meal (just buy the groceries). It is stocked with free condiments, tea, coffee, jam, cooling oil, fruits, and even some grains. The staff is very friendly and made us feel welcome and not rushed as we used the common area for a few hours after the check out. Free umbrellas and power adaptors are available for guests to borrow and we used both during out stay. We highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking a great place in the centre of Bern.

My only issue was with the size of the room. I had a large suitcase and there was no room to move. But it had everything I needed.

The location was perfect. If I had to do it over I would book a slightly larger room than a single. But it had everything that I needed. Liked the roof terrace, wish I had discovered it earlier. Liked the common area and the laid back staff, who let me come back and hang out while I waited for my train. Liked the luggage room.

Is brand new. We stayed in the family room, it was like an appartment. Every detail and the design of the common areas and rooms are really nice. The common area has an open kitchen concept with a comunal table where you can cook, eat, work or interact with other guests. They offer free coffee, cappuccino, milk, cookies son you can grab a coffee to go and start the day. There’s also a washing and drying machine. The ambient is really relaxed and calm. I would definitely recommend this place!
