Perfect location a few steps from the Geneva station. The center of the city is also a few minutes away by walking. The staff of the hotel is welcoming and efficient while the room is very nice and clean. The attention to each detail was also an added value of the property.

One day we came back to the hotel at 16:30 to rest for a bit and the room had not been cleaned yet. Minutes after arriving the cleaning lady arrived to clean the room. We were also a bit disappointed that the floor had not been vacuumed at all during our stay. The television was nice but it would have been better if it allowed casting, so that streaming services work. Also there was not a proper wardrobe for the clothes, which meant we had to live out of our suitcases. But then the size of the room was too small to do that properly.

The location was perfect, next to the station and buses in the heart of the city and close to the lake. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also really good with enough options. Rooms are relatively small but have the necessary equipment like a fridge, vault, television (no smart tv but you can use screen mirroring with your phone, but then streaming services do not work).

The small size of the room.

The location was perfect, nearby the train station as well as the lake Leman. It was not noisy at night, so we slept very well at comfortable room. The staff was very helpful.

There was no air conditioner installed inside.

I love their bed, its so comfortable. The bathroom is very clean and well maintained. Rafael from Bernina was very kind enough to guide me upon arrival from the airport to the hotel. The hotel’s location is very strategic because it has everything surrounding it. Definitely recommended for a solo traveller.

Located directly next to the train station. I did feel secure arriving at night. I was welcomed very friendly by the receptionist who explained everything necessary to me. My room was very quiet, very clean and equiped with everything you need, even a coffee machine. The price is high, but seems reasonable for central Geneva. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was brilliantly located next to the rail station. Easy walking distance to the old town and accessible to visit further away. Quiet. Immaculately CLEAN. The most friendly, accommodating staff.

Found the hotel easily as we exited train station. Very welcoming staff. I was informed about the free travel on buses, trals etc which was absolutely fantstic. I was able to use it from the airport. More cities should have this. Hotel was very clean. The lounge area was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting there, it was so cosy. Beds comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Very clean

I had a problem at check in as I booked the wrong date (by one day) on Booking.com. I was told by hotel staff that nothing could be done (not date change, no credit for future stay) and I had to pay for 2 nights for a one night stay. Frustrating! Plus I had a very small room with a strange plumbing smell from the bathroom.
