It took quite some time for the room to be available. It was low season so they were not busy.

This hotel was in an excellent location. The breakfast was very nice and staff very friendly. The room was clean and had enough space for what we required. We were in the Guesthouse part of the hotel which was across the road from the main hotel but not an issue. We walked from the strain station which was about a 7 minute walk.

Picture make it look better, so I was initially disappointed. Rooms very simple. But they were very clean, beds very comfortable, location met expectations. So overall it was good.

Tub was dirty., no hangers to hung clothes, no hooks, no fridge or ice available. Bars on sides of sink to hung hand towel are intrusive with toilet. One pillow per person, too flat to be comfortable. Bed gave me a back ache..

Staff were not the friendliest and would often tell us to do things for ourselves instead of helping us with a task. Though we would be able to convince them in the end to come to the room and help us out. We also felt like staff weren't as aware of things? We asked someone if we could open the window for circulation and he simply answered that he doesn't think so and left. Later on after trying for a bit, we were able to do it ourselves. But aren't staff members supposed to know how to do those things? Or at least try to be more helpful? Also, I don't recommend booking a room with the 2nd floor as ventilation is poor. If you're at the bottom floor, you can crack open the big window to let air flow. But if you're in the 2nd floor or basically attic, even if you open both windows, it will still be too hot. We also felt like it was quite dusty in our room. Pillows and bed weren't the best, but it dod the job. Although if you enjoy comfortable bathrooms, it will be difficult for you to enjoy as this hotel or rather this room's bathroom is quote small and cramped. It would have been cramped for 2 people, and it was more cramped for the 4 of us. This hotel is still worth it for it's price, but just be more aware about its shortcomings as well.

The location of this hotel is really good! It's close to the supermarket, the bus stop, good restaurants, and more. They would also give us disposable utensils whenever we asked, so that wss quite nice.

We had the rooms in other building next to the hotel main building. The room is quite small especially the shower room is way too small for ONE person to take shower.

Location is very good - close to train station. We enjoyed the dinner at the hotel restaurant, good quality of food and service.

No Ac in the summertime but that’s nearly everywhere in Europe. Rooms did have two fans which circulated the air pretty well and we also stayed in a top floor room with two skylights that could open for more of a breeze.

The bathtub is not clean. Everyday, the towels are changed and blankets are folded but thats about it. The floors are not wiped nor vacuum everyday. Its still dirty especially the washroom. Not sure hat they are cleaning everyday in our room other than new towels n folding blankets.

No aircon, one window broken so unable to open. We went through summer so was expecting the heat but unable to air out the room, so was consistently sweltering in the room.
