Limited or restricted access to laundry facilities. Room set up was not as expected. Expected 2 bathrooms but actually it is 1.5 and expected two single beds in second bedroom. However, all these things didnt overly or negatively impact our experience.

the bed in the studio is really not comfortable. it’s a convertible couch that is too low and not comfy at all. not being able to vacuum the studio even if I stayed for a week wasn’t great either

it‘s noisy…it‘s not well isolated you can here people above and in the hallway. furniture besides bed is a bit cheap and already a bit broken.

There was no key for the toilet and we were told that “It has been taken” so there was nothing that the staff could so. I suggest changing the lock, so that a key is available. We were members of three different families, so it was irritating not to be able to lock the door.

Location, friendly staff (mostly), very comfortable communal space in the bar, good food and very accommodating on check out day.

There was a dust on the shelves in the Kleiderschrank. No big (24 or 28 cm) frying pen and no tea kettle. The drain in the shower gets easily clogged.

- hidden costs!! Hit by a CHF25 per person bedding charge??? Only found out about this at check out. - Spa and Gym also expensive extras (CHF 38 extra)

We spent a couple of days outside the main season. Therefore, it was quite cheap. However, a lot of restaurants were closed… still we had a good time in the nicely furnished apartment which is located right in the towncenter and next to the ski slopes

Checkout was complicated, paid massages were still on the bill, payments that were processed via booking.com were still on the bill also. The apartment booking said it included sauna, but that wasn't true. Also, the apartment had nothing (no salt, peper, oil etc.), so we had to buy everything, which caused a bit of stress and unnecessary leftovers.

Great location, loved the spa a lot! Beautiful design of the hotel. Friendly staff at the Deli where we had dinner.

1. No trash facilities and you need to walk to outdoor trash bin to drop the garbage 2 No protection net on windows to stop insects 3. No air-conditioning during hot weather 4. Drain of shower is too small which get blocked frequently and causes water flow to toilet 🚻 area

The apartment is located at the entrance, you will hear the door and the buzzer from early morning and till late at night. The lights outside the entrance are shining through the venetians, there are no curtains in the living room. The smoke detectors are flashing throughout the night. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs and sleeping mask is a must. The apartment is the size of a nutshell and it did not meet the advertised 43sq m and the advertised plan is for a different apartment. For 4 people, one always had to stand up for another to move around in the kitchen / living room area. Bathroom does not have a single shelve nor a hanger to hang towels or clothes, just a small undersink drawer. We booked for 7 nights, 4 persons, only 4 dishwasher tablets were provided, 1.5 toilet paper roll, 2 trash bags, all cosmetics bottles were 1/3 full (shower gel, soap, body balm), so you had to either buy or rely on your own, it's a joke. We stayed in the Hide apartments before, this is the first time we've had such a bad experience.

The location is excellent, close to lifts, the grocery store, ski rental, bus stop. As always, the apartment was very tastefully furnished and very clean, including the bathroom and the kitchen. Kitchen was well equipped with high quality and well-working equipment, there were some cleaning supplies to maintain cleanness of the surfaces. The ventilation in the bathroom is excellent, overnight the bathroom was completely dry, no humidity. There's Nespresso machine in the kitchen.

We collected the key to the apartment from the Hide Hotel which was easy, friendly and very stylish.

Staff were a huge let down. No sheets for the sofa bed, when we asked for them they couldn’t provide that night. We asked that they didn’t do the next day as there would be our nervous dog alone in the apartment. Message didn’t get through to the contracted staff, poor dog must have been terrified when they attended.
