Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe smart features were great but needs more instructions. Similarly some of the amenities needed better instructions e.g. Oven, washer and dryer. The apartment was surface clean but could do with a better deep clean (e.g. windowsills)
The house had all the mod cons and suited our needs with parking. Communication with the host was good. It was in a quiet area and suited a self drive holiday.

Czech RepublicAutomatic lighting in the hall, which is directly adjacent to the living room, where people can sleep, is not appropriate at all. It bothered my daughter at night. It was also not possible to turn on the heating in the bathroom because of drying the towels.
Very quiet location with good access to the center of Zurich. The apartment is perfectly equipped. A big advantage is that parking is included in the price of accommodation.

Very clean. So "modern and digital" apartment. The TV innthe living room is awesome. Looks like a painting but it's actually a TV. I need to get one of it. Easy communication with owner. Near grocery store and place is quite.

SingaporeThe very smart home feature can sometimes not easy to control. Perhaps the host can give us some instructions to help us understand how certain features can be used instead of us figuring it out ourselves and took sometime and can be frustrating at times.
A very clean and smart home with very interesting features. Well equipped kitchen that makes cooking very convenient. Responsive host that tries to answer our questions though not always immediately, still helpful.

A grade 20 apartment, exceptionally clean, smells incredible right from the entrance. Audio system in every room, including the bathroom. The whole house is smart, we appreciated it a lot. The kitchen is equipped far beyond expectations for a hotel in a hotel regime. We were so impressed that we stayed an extra day.

Very nice apt, ground floor, nice terrace and garden. Much bigger than a hotel room with similar cost. It has a kitchen, tv and all you need. We had some works in the area so it was very well located. Walking distance to shops and backery. It can easily accommodate 4 or a family with kids.

SpainAwful assistance , the managers were replying one day later to messages . It was very cold with no possibility to heat it up from inside the apartment . They didn’t even answer to messages regarding problems with oven/microwave and heater in the bathroom . And the worst : the last day the code to enter building didn’t work , and property just ignored that message (recommend you to leave a window open just in case ).

NetherlandsThe high-tech appartment seemed nice at first, but was awful. There was stuff happening that even the staff couldn't control. The doorbell ringing multiple times at 7 AM waking us up, the blinds opening up at 7 AM, lights on sensors which couldn't be turned off etc etc. It wasn't a pleasant stay. At this price it is crazy that you have such an unpleasant stay.
The staff was great, tried to really help us have the best time possible. Unfortunately, it didn't help.
