The TV didn't work, the safe was locked and couldn't be opened. The staff in the restaurant was unable to help. Also the remote control to the AC was missing. The poor ventilation in the room thus forced us to sleep with open window and thus we were disturbed by the noise from the road and the set up of the market early in the morning

Not a hotel. Self check-in was hard to find (is in the little alley next to the restaurant). The restaurant where the reception and staff was supposed to be was closed the whole time. No hot water!

I couldn’t check in early or figure out where to store luggage before check in. The window did a fairly good job at muting the noise but there was some noise from the riots and clubs or bars nearby… so it just depends on how light of a sleeper you are.

The self-check in was extremely easy to use. The room was clean and there was house keeping (though I didn’t know about that in advance which kind of bother me but that’s just a me thing). Bed was very comfortable. View was okay, it was just a building and there were some protests going on while I was there but the window did a fairly good job at muting the noise….

There is not an actual reception. If you arrive early in the morning in Zurich there is no chance to leave your stuff since the restaurant downstairs is closed. Price is expensive for what you get but it is a fair price in Zurich.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the WiFi. There was no good connection in our room and we struggled a lot since we were in a business trip and it was quite important to be on track with the work-related activities.

Very easy check in via the self check-in machine at the entrance. We didn’t even get the chance to meet people from the staff. Everything was smooth and easy. The location was also really convenient, close to public transport and shops. The room was very clean and overall very good experience.

The WI-FI was just pathetic , I had a lot of work to do the night I checked in . And the wifi didn’t work , it just was getting disconnected alll the time , and there being no reception , there wasn’t a way to get help

The mirror in my room was really dirty! The Wi-Fi wasn't working when I arrived, I had to wait 3 hours until it was fixed. Also there are no clear instructions on where you have to check-in. Just to help other people who reed my review, the check-in is at a machine in the hallway. This was no where mentioned.

The room was great, very spacious, great style, the bed was really comfy! The location is perfect as well! The staff was nice, and the price is totally worth it.

You can really easily hear people next-door. I wouldn't say the walls are paper thin but you can pick up on discussion from the people staying over in the room next to you if they're loud/laughing etc. Also I wished I could have checked in earlier but the self check in machine does not allow that.

Great location, around 10/15min from the main station on foot. Lots of restaurants around. The self check-in machine was fairly easy to use and required only the booking info. The room was okay and the amenities were correct as well. I wouldn't consider this a hotel per say but the room was nice enough to stay in for a night.

Communication is not exactly their main asset: they only sent me emails in german. Delay in aswering my questions. Not particularly fluent in English. In the bathroom there are no amenities at all.

Self check did not work as other reviewers have reported. Luckily, the restaurant was open, so checked in there. The kitchen was seriously lacking basic amenities for preparing meals. No dish towels, no drying rack, limited glassware, mugs, etc. Overall, the unit was dirty and needs maintenance. Overhead light flickers continuously, entry carpet with excessive staining. I would not repeat a booking at this location.

Kitchen was dirty. No basic utensils available. Bad smell in the entrance and stairs. Too many useless and dusty objects in the room. Not feeling cleanness everywhere. Ok for 1 night stop. The pics showed good and expensive organic Swiss soap which in reality is only the bottles. Communication before arrival not very smooth (although mentioned they didn’t understand that we were 4 guests) although we managed everything at the arrival.

Good connections with HB and downtown. Comfortable bed. Sunny though fresh room (very hot outside). Cafe machine available (nespresso). We managed to fix a communication misunderstanding about the number of guests at the arrival. Good to be able to leave luggage before check-in time.

The fold out couch was not very comfortable and was pretty noisy so each time someone rolled or moved even slightly it either kept others awake or woke them up.

Check in and check out were easy. Location to train station as well as food and activities was pretty good.

We had a snafu with our flights - our arrival was delayed by one day - and it was MUCH TOO DIFFICULT to reach someone who would take responsibility for assuring that our reservation would be held. The number listed on the BOOKING.COM reference insisted they had nothing to do with it, and only when I became quite firm did he give me the number for the restaurant, saying they would handle it. It took a couple calls to raise anyone at the restaurant, but we finally got it all sorted. This should not be the experience!

1. The outside curtains of the bathroom’s window were unable to pull down, which causes the inside can be seen from the top. It’s so embarrassing. 2. The shower has no door and the floor is flat. Taking a shower is a flood. 3. The quilt is too small. 4. The plug of the hair dryer couldn't be inserted. The plug is wrong format.

It has a small elevator. The staff were nice.
