We only had two paper cups to use with the kettle. After 3 days they start to leak. Perhaps plastic beakers would be more sustainable. Would be useful to know what type of wall sockets are in room so can bring right adaptor. Swiss have either flat or recessed sockets and can be fiddly to find an adaptor that actually works.

The hotel is near all facilities and within walking distance to train station. I walked to and from with a 12kg rucksack no problem. The room a double was spacious. Everything was clean. The hotel has no staff so can't comment on that. That was okay. Contact via Whatsapp was very efficient.

Same as everything in Switzerland: it is overpriced. But still not as overpriced as other places I found. Normally, overnight guests at hotels in Switzerland get city transportation free of charge. No info about how to get it was available for this in the entrance or the room.

Good location, new and very clean. The self check-in and check-out was quite easy. The room had a small fridge and a water kettle.

Mattress felt a bit less comfortable.

It was nicely located , just 10mins walk along lake side. It was clean. Nice big window to give that airy feel. Washroom was very clean. Complementary chocolate and water on checkin. Check-in was easy. They did housekeeping as well after day 1 which was refreshing to see.

The room was spacious and very clean. Loved the fact the room had a kettle and fridge, with a few little bits left for us, water chocolate and biscuits. Easy to access from the town. Would recommend to anyone.

The self-checkin system was convenient, also we checked in online so that made things even easier. The location was great, 3-4min by bus from the train station. Good value for money for one night.

Facility met all our expectations, bathroom was clean and beds were quite comfortable. Room was warm which we were very happy about and there is carpeting so not having slippers was not a problem. It's big enough so easy to move around.

There was absolutely nobody to attend to my problems. As an example, the Television set in my room was not working just because the cable TV connection or whatever the input to the system was, was actually disconnected and the cable was lying on the floor. I tried to connect it to the TV but I couldn't do it due to various reasons. I sent a message to the property using my Booking.com application but nobody even bothered to respond!! As a result, I couldn't watch TV even once during my stay.

It would have been nice to have a bit more interaction with the staff (as you don’t interact with anyone other than virtually), but it didn’t interfere with our stay at all!

The self check in system wasn’t as easy. And when I asked if I could come earlier to do the checkin and someone replied to me yes, your room is ready. They didn’t even mention that there would be an extra charge to check in earlier so I went all the way there to find out on the self checkin machine that I had to pay extra money for that. Specially when most universal places will have the checkin at 2pm this place checkin was at 3 and for one hour earlier they wanted to charge 30CHF, crazy out of their mind for being so inconsiderate and gold diggers. I wouldn’t recommend this place ever!

It’s more of a block of apartments rather than a hotel (i.e. no reception), which is not a disadvantage at all.

Excellent location, clean and great value for money. Glad we stayed there and would consider again.

The only negatives were the key cards not opening doors consistently. Also the room only had one towel and no bodywash rags.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station and near a lot of attractions. There's also plenty restaurants and shops to attend.
