Hotel itself looks (and perhaps even is) a bulky square conference center. Not much charm and warmth from the outside. Its location is in a valley, so very flat around. "Garden- and mountainview" means you also have a highway and industrial area included in the view. The coffee maker machine didn't work properly. Finally, the room rate was pretty high per night (more in the 5* range), but probably because of the seasonality.

Beds were really, truly comfortable. Internal design of the room and bathroom was high-end. Simple but nice touch to name each room after a European city and hang a big photo of a landmark in that particular city in each room. Shower was really nice.

Honestly, very little could be said on the negative side. It would be good to have fresh vegetables at the breakfast buffet. Also, lactose-free milk was not available.

Convenient location. 10 min walking distance from Martigny train station (a local transport hub) makes it ideal for hiking in the area. Excellent bright room, with a nice view to the hotel's park and mountains around. Great soundproofing. Room and bathroom equipped above average. Excellent Wi-Fi, well-working air conditioning system. Very good breakfast. Very helpful staff, mostly speaking very fluent English. We enjoyed the restaurant, every single dish was above our expectations. Overall, excellent experience. Will not hesitate a second to come again.

Cheap equipment. Wifi needs to register a phone number to a provider. Little facilities. No gym. No pool. No room before 3pm. It is a school.

Nice room, with a nice view. Bathroom smelling good. Good food. I wish I had time to try the bike facilities. The location was ideal for the business I had to do there. It is a school. Lots of young staff with business suites, but they are all learning.

The entrance signs from the street are not illuminated, so it was just a little tricky to find the proper entrance at night. Also, our key cards did not work well. The staff was quick to help us out, but the problem persisted for two days.

Very clean room and plenty of storage. Nice amenities in the bathroom and we appreciated the coffee maker in the room, with a few free coffee/tea pods. The bottled water was also very welcome. The parking lot was spacious, but you can't pull the car up the front door for loading and unloading. The staff was very friendly and the lobby was a nice place for a drink at the end of the day.

Kind staff, helpful. Hotel is lovely renovated 2 years ago. Clean and comfortabel rooms. Modern. Quiet. From the outside it looks a bit harsh but inside it's a very kind and welcoming place. Nice location outside martigny, also when travelling and looking for a place overnight. And if you like, the old centre of martigny is still close by for a dinner at the square. (martigny: it's a shame you made this into a big high playground and one can't see the square anymore)

Very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful room, very clean and quiet hotel, very large breakfast buffet. The only thing to keep in mind when tracelling in the french-speaking part of switzerland is that it may be tough to find somewhere to eat as restaurant kitchens close 2-6pm. A playground area/corner in the garden would be nice for kids.
