We loved the proximity to the train station, migros and coop supermarket, on the way to the apartment. A nice restaurant just below, view of a park and a beautiful view of the clock tower!!!!. A very good apartment for our family of four.

I felt management was MEAN in their system not allowing earlier self check-in even if room is ready. We saw room being done at midday. We had been travelling 34 hrs without much sleep and would have appreciated it if the system had some discretion. Not even 1 minute before would the system allow us to enter. I think 3 pm is too late for travellers anyway, moving from place to place. 5-6 hrs lost from check out one place and check in the next. Half the day u pay for is gone. I know there is cleaning but doesn’t require that much time or they need additional cleaners. This place required you to leave most stuff cleaned on exit.

Compact but comfortable. Location was good near train and city centre. Our room opened directly onto parking/lane area. It was OK but initially concerned.

They were so strict with the check-in at 3:00 pm, but instead, the room wasn't ready by that time. So as was impossible to check in at 3:00 pm, we needed to wait an hour until the property was ready.

Our train wasn't until 10pm the next day and with children and no option to store our bags it meant we couldn't explore the city as planned.

Our room has only a small window and no air conditioning. They provide us electric fan, which make it better but still we felt a little hot during night time. We stayed four nights late of March which still cold outside.

My husband and I like the location, only 5 minutes to Zurich HB train station. There is a bus station nearby , easy to commute. The Apt has the amenities that we needed during ourstay. Water pressure was good, overall we like to stay there.

The only thing that you can't enter to the apartment before 15:00 o'clock. Even minute before.

The pillows were too much soft, so I had to use two (one over the other), but it was not yet enough comfortable for me. I don't know if it was possible to ask for different pillows, I didn't neither try to ask, but I will ask in the future if I might have to book again to their structure. If you are like me, ask in advance to have different pillows. One point about cleaning: at my arrival I found in the bed and in the shower room some long hairs. Despite that, I'm sure everything was washed, but it could have been done better.

This was the first time I was using VISIONAPARTMENTS. It was a bit confusing at the beginning how to manage the reception process, but this because I've never made use of a reception-less hotel. Once I got the code all the rest was really simple: I got the room number and the digital access code, simple to manage and no contact with any person of the organization. About my experience in Zurich: I got the mini studio apartment. It was really small, but essential, ideal to spend just a few days, you have a small kitchen where you could cook and also a small fridge. I was happy of it, but finally I didn't make any usage of it (I just ate outside). The bathroom is really small, but essential, you will have everything you might need, there is also included a hair dryer. There is a gym, I tried only one night to go, but it was closed, I didn't understand well how to access. During the other days I didn't have the time to use it. Internet connection is excellent. I would strongly recommend such structure.

Rooms are small not as seen in pictures. But it was ok for a short stay of 2 days. No storage facility for luggage so you will have to carry and keep your luggages in the station lockers if required.

The rooms are neat and clean. Close access to train and bus station max 5-10mins of walk. They have a contactless check in which is ok. And at online check in the access codes are provided. Beds and pillows are ok but too soft.

I reserved two apartments, the size of the two bedrooms apartment was good, but the size of the mini studio apartment was really small. The location, cleanness, and kitchen equipment were good and satisfying.

Back entrance pin pad didn't work properly and first time I managed to enter the code on the third or the fourth try only. Next time I wasn't able to enter it at all :D Fortuntely there is another entrance having a working pin pad.

Convenient location next to Central Station. All room facilities we used were functional. Good value for money.
