No dishwasher tablets provided although washing up liquid was provided. Only one thin pillow per person. The walls could do with a clean. You can hear the neighbours dog and children despite carpet in the corridor. No toaster.

On site parking. Fitness centre. Quality crockery and glasses. Half size dishwasher. Iron and ironing board in room. Large shower. Keyless, everything works on a keypad basis. Coffee machine provided although we didn’t use it. 5 minute walk to a large shopping mall and tram stop.

To be quite honest, the worst part of my stay was the mattress. I know most people don’t like as firm a mattress as I, but this mattress was not as comfortable as many chain hotels use.

I loved that the train was just steps from the front door of the building. The key code was also helpful for not having to search for keys or hand them off between family members. I also very much enjoyed the espresso machine.

Clean, decent size room. ALL the necessary amenities towels, gel, iron board, kind size bed, sofa, etc. No reception amd easy access. Restaurant on floor 0 which has decent food.

The beds were too small plus no service staff for cleanliness of washroom & kitchen . The towels & other facilities should be provided each day we stayed for 3 nights & we used the same towels again & again

The pillows were terrible The duvet too small for the bed so one of us has part of the body out The towels weren’t changed One light under the microwave kept turning on and off all the time so we have to switch off the electricity of the room to be able to sleep so we weren’t able to charge our phones The kitchen stove beeps without touching it

It wasn't explained in the email which floor number/apartment we were staying in. We were a confused outside the building & a local person explained that the apartment number contained the floor number & the apartment number. WO424 for example means Floor 4 apartment 24 which wasn't explained. I still don't know what WO means.

It’s missing some love. With the white marvel it’s easy to see the dirt. The corners of the house are not looked after and it just needs a good clean. Also the pillows are well past their use by date and are non existant. A bit pricey as expected better rooms

Dishes were dirty. Seems like they don’t keep dishwashing liquid so dishes were cleaned in dishwasher with residue still on them and kept in the cabinet. Must provide dishwasher liquid. Bed is made of spring so somewhat uncomfortable than a typical hotel bed.

Updated apartment, great location you can catch the train literally downstairs, excellent shower and bathroom. Free laundry facilities.

Room is small to contain our luggage(s), we had to keep opening & closing them. Can be abit noisy at night as we're right at the station stop. Rooms floors are stained everywhere, could use a little refurbishing, Bare minimum facilities provided. One of the main doors to get in didn't work until other tenants told us, could use a little upgrade on the place.

Contactless check-in was smooth. BEST location for stay and convenient as station stop is right outside and only 1 stop from Zurich HB main train station! Best location as train stop is located right outside the apartment. Easy to get around as bus stations are in walkable distance. Restaurant downstairs serves delicious Asian food! Has a laundry room but we didn't use it.

The coffee machine was broken and had not been cleaned. Some of the things inside the apartment were damaged, but nothing that hampered the usability.

Located adjacent to a S-Bahn Station which is great. The restaurant, La Lupa, located on the ground floor of the building was really good. The apartment was big and clean and well equipped. The staff was really quick to come and repair a few things that needed fixing.

The room was a little bit small. No air conditioning, only fan.

The place is right next to train station. Super convenient if u need to use public transport. No reception, just need to enter given code to get in the building and room, don’t have to worry about losing key. Downstairs there is a Vietnamese restaurant, nice food. Within walking distance to big shopping centre.
