The personnel was very responsive so our messages but not really solving the important issues of the guests. The heating system wasn't properly working when we have arrived and we had about 18 degrees Celsius in our room at arrival, it was really no temperature controller in the room and nobody to bring us extra blankets and heater for the first night. That was not nice, guys, especially when you have a child sick with you. No matter if it is Sunday and your employees only come to work the next day, there must be some sort of emergency situation contact person that could help on site. Breakfast options very limited- meat, cheese, boiled eggs, jam, butter, bread, coffee/tea, juice and that's all. It would really be nice to have some fruits and vegetables available. Also the cleaning services and garbage aren't done unless you make express request and insist with reminders, which it is a bit uncomfortable, when your stay is longer than 3 days.

Location is great, very close to transportation, close to the train station, easy access to the main attractions of the city, supermarkets in walking distance same as tram station. Clean, modern location, they provide everything you may need in the apartment, we had a quiet room and we could have a good rest during our stay.

The pillow was the worst. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty. Who puts unwashed dishes in the cabinet. No soap or sponge to clean them, I had to use the washing machine for two plates?

Location was great. Good temperature of the room. A little bit hotter that the ideal. Good shower and the extras like robe. Perfect size of the room. Very well equipped kitchen.

Everything was very good. I wish I would say "excellent" if the check in wasn't late one hour more because the room was not clean and ready.

The room is new furnished, clean and near the center. With tram number 8 you can go to the city center. I would definitely recommend it!

Coffee machine (using coffee grounds) is useless for short stays. A simple Nespresso machine with a few capsules would have been appreciated. Pillows could be better.

Room was clean, comfortable, well designed, very quiet. Hassle free check-in, no reception needed, but was available at certain hours. Everything just worked. 5 minute walk from the main station.

The room heating was not controlled by the customer and I felt it colder than I would have preferred, particularly as it was so cold outside. I would have preferred more drawers for storage of clothes in the studio. A sponge or cloth for cleaning dishes would be good too rather that 1 tablet for a dishwasher.

The apartment was in a convenient location and was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was no noise from other rooms and the access was simple. I would use these apartments again, in the summer might be nice.

The apartment was nice but there was dust in the lamps and in the floors. They did not have sponges for cleaning the plates mugs etc which was weird bcs there was soap but not a sponge to clean the things. I would recommend to have at least 2 mores extra pillows maybe, because the pillows are so flat. And also maybe extra towels. The storage room looks like a prison cell but I does the work.

The property had the perfect location. Near the train station and near the center. Bathroom big and comfortable for bigger persons. For the value of money it was very nice. Had towels shampoo shower gel conditioner. Hot water was perfect. Big balcony. Easy check in which I loved everything works with a code and no keys are needed. WiFi works fast. Many mirrors to look at yourself. Also there was a laundry room which you can use for free but you need to have your own supplies to clean the clothes.

There is no on site staff and it was difficult to reach customer service over the weekend we were there.

We stayed in a Superior Studio and the room was great with everything you need for a nice stay. Didn't use the cooking facilities but very modern, bed was comfortable and a good shower which is a plus. Located 5 mins from the main train station and easy to get to from the airport.

Smaller room than suggested in photos. Glass window from shower to bedroom. More pillows needed. Luggage storage- there was another bag in our space which suggested our bags were not completely secure.

Despite assurance by customer service, the documents I needed were not delivered to my room.

The appartments very close to the main station were excellent. The room was very clean and had all amenities I needed and would have been sufficient even for a longer term stay. Customer service was helpful and fairly repsonsive.

Very often i dont have basel card, i need to ask for it but it was always provided on next day.For short stay its super, but for longer its a issue with missing cleaning service.

Room was warmer than I would have liked, no way to reduce that other than opening the window.

Breakfast was basic -coffee, croissants, but fine. Location was very good, 5 mins from train station, easy to find, 10 mins away from downtown.

The apartment itself was clean, well equip and close to the train station which was perfect for us. However the AC did not work and there were no windows on the bottom floor. This made it very hot and uncomfortable to sleep.

I never received their email with the key to access the hotel and the room. Luckily I called them earlier in the day and they sent it but if I wouldn't have done it it might have been a major inconvenience as they don't have any staff physically in the hotel to help with such issues.

The room was very warm and our fan was broken. Also I wasn’t so sure about the fact that there wasn’t an actual bathroom door that could be closed full, it was a sliding door that closed most of the way but left a small gap.

It was in a great location for us as we were travelling to Zurich so needed to be near the train station, which we were. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was nice to have access to a kitchen, fridge, and robes.

The bed was so squeaky that any movement woke up the other one. There were no facilities to get coffee outside the breakfast hours - we had a coffee maker but no coffee for it.

It is new-ish and has a nice style. Operating the doors with a code was very convenient. Small terrace was nice.

The studio only comes with a single pot, and there is no facility to borrow another pot for cooking (I asked both the agent and the cleaning lady, no luck, it may be possible to knock on some doors to borrow another one, but basically, don’t plan on cooking anything that requires two pots)

Very compact but nicely organised miniature studio, no bigger than a small hotel room but with the added benefit of a fridge and a stove (no washing machine)

We stayed for 6 days and the room was never cleaned (same towels and bins not emptied) during this time. Staff said it is done only once a week and we would have to request it by email. It would be nice to have it clean at least every 3 days for longer stays.

Easy check in, bed super comfortable, amazing shower. Everything was very clean with nice communal areas like kitchen and pool. Five min walk from main station in Basel.
