Didn’t see anybody on reception throughout the stay - not necessarily a cause for dislike but would’ve been nice to speak to someone in the morning.

THE NOISE OF THE OTHER ROOMS. THERE WERE ONE FACE TOWEL, ONE BATH TOWEL AND ONE BATHROBE FOR TWO PERSONS. THE NEXT NOON WE HAD ANOTHER FACE TOWEL. THERE WAS ""AN EXTRA DOOR"" IN THE ROOM - UNLOCKED!! - CONNECTING TO THE NEXT ROOM. COULDN'T SLEEP AT ALL. VERY UNSAFE CONDITION.

There weren’t a lot of employees… we didn’t have any problem but it s a bit impersonal

very practical to check in (you just get in at the hour you want with a code). It’s close to the train station so you can get anywhere very fast.

Two Bars, Restaurant and pool were closed. Nothing was opened… So there is no possibility to relax at the pool or grab a drink at the bar. Breakfast ist not worth to pay the money (1 bread, 1 ham, 1 cheese und 1 cup of coffee). And they wrote the opening hours wrong..

No breakfast was proposed during the weekend, that is a pity. But not a real problem. You can buy stuff at the nearby supermarket and have breakfast in your room, or there are plenty of cafes/eateries in the old town (10min walk)

The bedside electricity sockets were really poorly placed (below the bedside table), you'd have to get really low on your knees to plug something in. They also didn't work well with my 30W charger, I had to use the one next to the entrance door (which also struggled sometimes). This maybe wouldn't be an issue since there are USB A sockets on the bedside lamps, however I use USB C which was unfortunately not there.

Interestingly the bathroom was what caught my attention. The facilities were black instead of the "classic" white, and there's a big glass separating the bedroom from the shower. I found it weird though that the curtain that obfuscates this glass was on the bedroom side rather than the bathroom side. The lighting in the room was also interesting (some slick LEDs on the corners)

The check-in was made possible with an access code that opened the room and, before, the hotel door. The code didn't work before 3 PM and therefore we couldn't even access the lobby before check-in time, as there was no staff either to open the door for us.

The room was beautiful and clean, and had a full-equipped kitchen. In addition, the hotel had a shared kitchen with additional utensils. The location was very good, a 10-minute walk from the beginning of the city center.

A small table and a chair would have been a good addition when eating, but for a short stay, this was fine.

Very good value for money. The room was simple but had everything I needed, including a decent pantry. Comfortable bed, and the noise level was fine. The self-check-in procedure worked well.

Currently a construction site in the downstairs breakfast area. Also the rooftop bar and swimming pool was closed, so despite nice weather, enjoying a bit of relaxation on the roof was not possible.

Not too far from the nearest tram stop, within easy reach from SBB, with small but functional hotel room style rooms with a small hob, microwave, kettle, small under-sink fridge enough space for some milk and juice - and an iron and ironing board, it has all you need for a short stay. A small, sliding glass-protected balcony, is an added bonus.

There was a sign in the room advertising a breakfast we couldn't find. Contacting the company to ask about it just resulted in "you didn't book breakfast". So why advertise then?

There was no safe in the apartment,the pool was closed which was not on booking.com till after we arrived. They advertised breakfast Monday to Friday but it was not available when we were there. It would have been nice to have complimentary tea,coffee,sugar and milk sachets as to buy them in the shop was very expensive, and they would have been wasted as it was a short stay.

There is no reception in the hotel (everything is online) so the common area and the hallways look dark and lifeless.

Self checkin. We arrived early and had to pay 3 Francs via phone to store luggage. The only issue was that the code supplied did not open the front door, only the storage locker, so we had to have someone let us in the front door. As for the room, it was very nice but needed extra pillows and bodywash and shampoo for the shower. No air conditioning, but they did loan us a fan. I imagine in could get very hot in August there. The kitchen was nice to have, but I had to buy a sponge and dish tablets, it would be nice to have those provided.

Exceptionally clean. Nicely furnished kitchen. Excellent shower and bathroom. The location was very convenient.
