Elevator was broken upon arrival. Had to walk up 3 flights with suitcase. Also the door near the fitness room was being kept open at night with a brick. Didn’t seen to safe for security.

Service was terrible, because the never sent us the e-mail with the code to unlock the door, and the asked us for passport or iD and we sent them driving license, and they replied with, sorry only passport foto, and then we did that and never sent us information back. Luckily there is a bar/restaurant wich you have to enter to get to the apartment that i think works for them, and a really nice lady there called them and fixed this issue.

It was extremely noisy -- banging of doors giving access to the other apartments, shouting, singing, and this well after midnight. And it was a bit hot.

Breakfast was good; room was well equipped if dark, but it was a bit hard to find. Better signage within the building would have helped. Not clear it was on the ground floor when there was a door marked 'apartments' that led elsewhere.

The safe did not work. Non ferrous cookware never works on induction hobs. There's a sports bar which gets extremely noisy up to late nights except Sundays with shouting, cheering even motorcycles & cars with loud mufflers. We did used to the noise though.

The location was central. The room was good, clean & comfortable. Airconditioning was a bit warm. Another chair would have been mice as it is difficult to eat when your partner is standing. Also larger pillows would help.⁹⁷⁹

Elevators was too small. Maybe thats the way it is in Switzerland which is very expensive. Second stayed in a apart hotel in Germany and France they keep coffee and tea bags in the room. No coffee or tea even though there was coffee making machine.

The checkin process through email was nice. No hassle got the code for access and voila thats it. The staff at the restaurant were extremely courteous and tried their best to provide food to our liking. Overall a very good place to stay

Apartment we allocated was very noisy 1st floor above busy street with tram rails. We were not informed that the advertised rooftop area was not available as we had planned to use it.

It was hard to locate the proper building for the first time, as the building had no address number on the building and building has many doors. Also I had to go through the restaurant to the inconspicuous door at the end of the venue to get access to the staircase, which was quite narrow and creaky. The lift cabin was very small, almost impossible to use. The main thing that I didn't like is that the facility required settling in tourists to check the inventory list and report any inconsistency. Any issue related to me generate the additional costs. This is a strange requirement to say at least. This is definitely not my job to check that all is OK. Staff shall do this checking before new tourists enter there. Let's image that I entered and couldn't detect that something is wrong (by the way I had no detailed list of inventory). What is the result? Penalty to me? ) No, something is wrong with that requirement.

I didn't have breakfast there. Location is quite good, 15-20 minutes from the central station as well as Lake Zurich. The studio was equipped well: kitchenette, microwave oven, sponge, dishwashing detergent, towels, toilette paper, shampoo, etc... Two guides with the all the necessary information about the studio and restaurant menu. Excellent. Also I had access to the garbage yard. I liked that the location was quiet at nights and I could sleep having windows open. Definitely a good location for the money.

Communication with host sounded robotic and a bit confusing, no parking, host enforced by email that inventory items on list should be checked and verified but the list did not completely match the items in the apartment(spent some time validating them all and taking pictures to avoid losing my deposit in case of discrepancies).

Very good sized apartment, gym and laundry on the building, very nice location, elevator in the building which helped big time as I had a senior dog with me(I was on 5th floor), well equipped kitchen, very comfortable and good sized beds

The only annoying thing is that they don’t have any luggage storage so we had to go to the main station to store our luggages.

The location is great, not far from the main train station and walking distance from many different places in city centre. The apartment was great, big and very spacious with a nice terrace. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment very cleanand confortable. Great bed quality. Calm.

It was a little expensive but thats how it is in Zurich so plan for it.

I was emailed the access code on the time of checking. The restaurant in the lobby was very helpful and food was good. It is in a prime location, walking distance to old town, Bahnhoff Strasse.
