Bathroom door lock was a little strange, and one bedroom had a sloping roof, hindering accessibility of bed on one side. Checkin and checkout times could have been a little earlier and later, respectively. Musty smell in lobby area.

Very nice apartment with balcony, large and well-furnished, perfect for 4 people. Check-in went smoothly. Slightly far from train station, but located close to tram station and Coop.

It is a little bit noisy with the doors echoing and rattling but maybe it was just my door.

FYI No parking at the property (perfect for fly in and out, or train travellers, not ideal if you have a car. Then I’d suggest book a different Vision location that has parking.

Due to a keypad failure that locked us out the room, we ended up staying at another of vision appartments spots. Both had a well provisioned kitchen area and clean rooms. Busy corridors at times but otherwise great stay and would gladly book another VisionAppt when travelling elsewhere! Would be perfect for families who want self catering, or even longer stays.

Couldn't find the building at first when I arrived late evening, it was dark and couldn't see the building name/signage until I asked the barber shop below the building to assist and then I figured it out. I had to keep in the passcode every time I enter the apartment which can be a hassle when you are carrying bags. The elevator was small but it did it's job well no complain.

The location was great not far from the main center, around 15min by tram. You can easily reach the apartment location by tram and it is 2min walking distance to the tram station. There are couple of shops and pharmacy around and not to forget COOP where you can shop groceries easily and with reasonable prices. The mini studio apartment I stayed in was clean and tidy, very cozy. Well equipped kitchen with basic necessities that was great (washing soap was available too). bed was comfortable only the pillow was soft (again I prefer medicated one not complaining). You will receive the passcode to enter the building close to your check in date and they will send you all details of the building and your stay the same time. you will have to keep the passcode close as you will need to use it always to enter the building and room. One thing was nice that they make sure to provide you with all the inventory of what is in the apartment for your easy reference and also tell you that if anything missing please inform them at the earliest. I think I would recommend if they kept additional garbage bags for easy reference. At night it is pretty quite and keep in mind everything basically closes by 6-7pm. Good place to stay as everything you need is available. (coffee machine, iron/iron table, microwave and so on) Since swiss is expensive this was a good deal. however, would advise to book earlier at a bit more reasonable price.

The biggest thing i didn’t like was that our room LOOKED NOTHING like the photos that are advertised. Also I didn’t like how long it took for me to get an access code and the first time I tried using the code it didn’t work so we had to wait for someone to open the door for us. That person told us it’s normal for the code to not work sometimes

I like the location it was just 2mins walk from the tramp and very near to the Wiedikon BH, and very near to the city center. We didnt have any hassle in entering the apartment because the code was sent early..The apartment is cleaned, and i like that we can cook inside with all the things needed are available.

The rug was pretty dirty, the ceiling light didn't work.

It was mostly clean, quiet, well lit, had enough towels, kitchenware and the necessary appliances. It was great that we had dish soap and a new sponge for the dishes. The bedsheets were cotton.

The room was very hot (we knew it didn't have an aircon when we booked it but didn't expect an unseasonal heatwave). But the staff were very accommodating to supply us with a fan when we emailed. The building holds heat very well so would be very ideal in cooler weather. Otherwise everything else was good.

Easy check-in and spacious room. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was well stocked, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The building has an elevator, which is a bonus. Close to tram stops and a grocery store.

No AC. Apartment was very hot and stuffy. Wifi speeds not optimal for video calls. Neighbors across the hall were sometimes loud and it was easy to hear them through the hallway. 1 of the 4 pillows provided were horrible. Electrical outlets had a weird transparent plate over them that prevented most of my European plugs (and travel adapters) from fitting. Cell phone chargers worked in many western European countries but it couldn't fit into the outlet at the apartment. The blow dryer that was provided to me wouldn't fit into any of the outlets. Bummer.

Great amount of space and lovely view. Nice amenities. Enjoyed having access to a kitchen!

Very clean and good location. We very much liked this studio, good having a kitchenette that is fully equipped with utensils if you’re looking to cook a few of your own meals, the only thing missing is a few basic condiments would have topped it.

Air ventilation above the stove wasn't working There is no ventilation in the room Both things mean cooking makes it super hot inside the apartments. Opening the window doesn't help to fix the situation unfortunately
