Location was ok, a bit busy and the bell ringing from the church across the street every 30 minutes was too much. A hotel with a view to the river could be a better choice for some.

Excellent quality breakfast and super helpful and informed staff. room was nice, although there only 1 pillow per person, there could be more options on that. There was a nice spot in the corridor with fruits and coffee and water available 24x7.

The chair in the room was made of wood and impossible to sit on for too long if one wanted to spend time working with the laptop.

It was just great. They provided boutique Swiss soap but it was strongly scented. A more subtle scent of the same great products may be more widely appreciated.

Felt rushed by front desk staff at check in and check out even though we were the only ones at the desk, necessitating repetition of some information, thus not saving anyone time, ultimately.

We loved the restaurant, especially dinner with Erik as our server. Breakfast buffet offering was great too. Hotel location was great. Room very clean and friendly and helpful room cleaners.

The design of the signature room was beautiful , unusual and modern. Lovely shower and facilities. Very clean throughout the hotel. Breakfast was really nice. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The hotel reception provided great recommendations for restaurants. Would definitely recommend

The cost of accommodation was a bit high for our budget. But there is not much I can add negatively. If it is suitable for your budget, I recommend it. It offers everything a hotel promises but not much more.

It met all our expectations in terms of location and comfort. There are coffee machines and water stations on all floors, we used it on the 2nd day and it was delightful. Restroom and room size are sufficient. Since it is in the middle of the city, it is not extremely quiet but it offers great advantages for transportation. We did not experience the breakfast but the restaurant inside the hotel looked very elegant. When we checked in, they gave us a ticket for free transportation all over the city. This way we were able to use all the transportation. Which was very useful.

The design of the rooms were very special. The hotel was very comfortable and very clean. The check in and out was easy and painless. Breakfast and service were very enjoyable, and the decor of the bar was beautiful.
