The personnel were running here and there during the breakfast, gave a bit chaotic feeling of the place. Some queues in the check-out and checkin.

Hotel was okay, location was good since the train station and harbour are very near.

We stayed for 4 nights and every morning the beautiful view with changing weather was the best part, dreamland!! We checked in late night in rain and seeing the hotel from train itself was comforting. Location is just perfect with access to Brienz train, bus, and great surroundings for strolling around.

First night it was hard follow sleep , lot of noise from outside and downstairs I couldn’t sleep all night long.

Location was great and the staff very polite and nice , My room and bad is very comfortable very clean , I love it! And I love breakfast was good .If I get a chance, I will come back again, and I will introduce to my friends.

Unfortunately I lost my phone during my travels so I was relying completely on wifi to remain connected to my family and entertainment (eg Netflix and YouTube). The room I was assigned had NO WIFI. The only place I was able to connect my MacBook was at the reception desk. There was a very weak connection in the breakfast room and on the terrace.

Brilliant location across from train and ferry. Great breakfast and I totally enjoyed a beer on the terrace. I was very comfortable here.

The staff is friendly. The scenery outside the hotel is very good, the cruise ship and the train station are just below, and the transportation is very convenient. It's quiet at night too.

Staff not polite at all. The resturant and hotel apparently seperate, hotel geust not allowed to use restuarant sitting area outside ,no clear rules on use of areas it was a heatwave hotel geust no place to sit outside if there are restuarant geusts. No fan or AC no proper airflow in room.

The shower was a bit small when we closed the shower curtains. But it was very clean and tidy.

The location is the best, accessible via train or cruise. Staffs are super nice. The breakfast was also very good.

No Hot water kettle in hotel as well as fans in room. We had to go down every time to get hot water. With rates being charged, they can easily keep a an electric kettle and pedestal fan (for summers)

Excellence location, right in front of Ferry and train station with clear view of Lake Brienz. Breakfast was good as well. Staff was cooperative. Rooms were spacious with hot shower facility.

Perfect location. Right in front of train station, and overlooks Lake Brienz itself. There's a kiosk with basic necessities plus 'coop' supermarket, an ATM and a few restaurants close by. Additionally, The location is right beside the popular steam train (Brienz Rothorn Bahn) that brings you up the mountain sightseeing.

A bit noisy given the location but we don't mind.

Location and the room. We're family of 5 and was given the top front room facing the Lake. It was spacious, and you have the whole balcony. There's a mini kitchenette, fridge, and dining table. But we didn't cook as there were no pans/pots or utensils. We use the big fridge, which is very handy to put some food. The breakfast was OK. No hot food, though, except for the cooked/boiled eggs.

Everythingg was perfect except that there didn't appear to be any fan or A/C in the room. Had to sleep with the window open. Not a big deal, but there was a lot of noise from outside because our room was right in front of the main street and train station.

Room was spacious for me and my family. Breakfast was great as well. Staff were friendly and very patient.

My room faced the stream trains which was interesting but meant I couldn’t leave the window open at times.

Very close to the ferry terminal, trains and buses. Lovely views of the lake. Comfortable beds with nice towels.

Rooms were a little small but comfortable. No A/C or even fan in the room, can get hot in summer. Quite a number of flies, if you leave the window or door open for air, they come in, need screens!

Very nice hotel just at the train and boat station of Brienz and Brienz-Rothron Bahn is just at your window . Staffs were very cordial. Room is super cozy. Loved the hotel and Lake Brienz.

Room is hot and the stairwell at night is dark. It needs a automatic lighting.

Good selections for breakfast; in front of lake Brienz and Brienz train station. If you have Swiss Travel Pass, you can hop on the BLS boat to go to Interlaken and other stops for free. Also, beside Coop supermarket.
