Good breakfast buffet. The Hotel is in the centre of the pittoreske town, with very good bus connections to nearby lakes, mountains and historic villages and towns.

We had a room on the front side which was kind of noisy at various times... but we both mostly slept through it. Beyond that, nothing to complain about.

The staff were incredibly friendly, check-in was super simple (thanks Booking.com) and it was easy to get around considering the hotel is smack in the middle of town. The bus station is just around the corner and the bus delivered us almost directly to the restaurant we were there to visit.

the rooms were not made on the 2nd day, it seems (world innovation) that we had to ask, a very aggressive manager explained to us. Fortunately the staff were very friendly and efficient. great toilet but it didn't work Only one chair in double rooms

The room itself was great. Just no AC (which is fine for most days when there isn't a heat wave), but I was on the front side of the square and the crowd at night was noisy and with it being hot I had to keep the window open. If it was closed it wasn't a problem though. Most people won't run into this issue I don't think.

Location was near the bus stop in the center of town - but not near the train station. The bus was easy to take though. Staff was super accommodating and the breakfast was delicious! It is a small town but was easy to get around with the bus to the different hikes I wanted to do nearby.

The hotel was very warm . There is no air conditioning. There are no ceiling fans or even standup fans . There was one window you could open in the front . It faced the street and the church that rang loud church bell every 50 minutes through the night! There is a lot of street noise from cars and motorcycles . Between the heat , no ventilation and the noise this was a difficult place to sleep .

The breakfast was good . The rooms were updated but very small , nice shower and bathroom . Nice linens .

Slightly more expensive than it felt it should be for the facilities available. The restaurant was closed when we were there (so were many others in town) and car parking was an additional cost.

Nothing!

We arrived late to the hotel (close to 10pm) and the lovely receptionist had waited for us and gave us a warm welcome. The hotel was easy to find and park and close to our destination of Stoos. Breakfast was a simple traditional continental buffet but fresh and delicious. Room was comfortable and clean and bathroom had a very fancy remote controlled bidet, if you like that type of thing!

I only stayed there for one night but there seemed to be an issue with the wifi network and I could not connect. The password was correct but it said there was an incorrect IP configuration. Additionally what made this a bit more frustrating is there didn't seem to be anyone at reception to ask the following morning.

Very clean hotel in the middle of Schwyz town. Room was clean, had a nice shower and the bed was comfortable. I arrived a lot later than expected, around 11 pm. I contacted them beforehand and they were very accommodating, they just left the key in an envelope.

A nice place to stay if you’re in the area. Good rooms and location. I especially want to mention the lady who worked in the breakfast restaurant on christmas morning (25.12.22)! Her hospitality and work ethos on such a special day was outstanding and not often found in this industry.

Because the hotel is right in the middle of town it was very loud on a Saturday night. The room was warm and stuffy, so we had to keep a window open which did not help with the noise level.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Our room was a good size, modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was very good, and the staff were great! This is a great location if you plan to visit both the Rigi and Stoos areas.

The pillows were the worst in all the hotels of Europe we've been to over the past decades! Huge & hard. Took up too much of the bed!!! We didn't know when we booked that the room was "Small" .... even the double bed seemed small!!! Although we loved everything about the hotel we would definitely Not book a "Small" room there again AND we'd bring our own pillows.

Location perfect - nice being in Schwyz and near Cafe Haug. Lovely hotel. Comfortable. Nice breakfast and good dinner - Liked sitting in the windowed / veranda area. Sorry to be negative below but both of us got no sleep that night.
