How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

My room air conditioner was not working properly I called so many time to reception they didn’t pick so we were restless night .

It's small specially after sofa bed pulled out. Hardly any space to open all suitcases also. Not value for money
Comfortable, good sleep quality. Location - close to technopark tram station. Takes 25 mins to reach downtown. Breakfast spread is good, but very expensive

Could add an Iron and more tea and coffee as a standard.
Everything was just perfect! Easy to get to. Friendly staff.

Room - quite expensive for its size but its in Switzerland, expect everything is expensive :) Cleaning Staff - we ask the front desk if possible to change the bed sheets and pillow cases on our 3rd day because there are some dirt cause by the kids but then, they did not change them at all. They only clean the floors they can see and not those under the bed or desk. Air- Condition - the front desk informed us on the 2nd night after we called that the air-conditioning seems not working and they said, for some season, it is regulated throughout Switzerland and we can not increase not decrease the temperature and therefore, we end up opening the windows at night.

Location - fair enough, close to tram station, some groceries (a little bit walking). Staff - very friendly and hospitable. Pool - it is really nice but when it gets crowded, little kids can not enjoy the swimming and the smell of chlorine is too much during our stay.

The room was a little dark and musty smelling but it was clean and comfortable
The staff were friendly and the main area of the hotel had games and the decoration was brilliant

We paid for a room of 3 people but things provided in the room, such as cups, complementary mineral water, blankets, etc. are for 2. We didn't ask for them as we only stayed a night but definitely expected more with this price of a 4-star hotel.
Good breakfast as expected with thus price.

The cleanliness could be improved.
The room we booked was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four (2 adults & 2 children), which was a big plus. Additionally, the hotel’s location near the tram stop made it incredibly convenient for getting around the city.

Location is good you can take the tram and reach the city center easily. The hotel lobby is also nice to spend time with friends or family.

The air conditioning did not work! The coffee / tea machine in the room also did not work 😢
It was a good location, slightly out of the main town but quite easy to get to the station with the excellent tram system. The room was a standard comfortable budget hotel room. The extra bed was very convenient for us.

A few pairs of slippers..
Breakfast was exceptional and offered for a more than sufficient time. Room was comfortable. Guy at reception was very kind and helpful. The only thing missing were a few pairs of slippers.

I came here from Turkey and I travelled with my family and I definitely say that the hotel is perfect for family traveling. Staff (especially Alice who works in lobi) was amazing. The hotel was clean, comfortable. Everyone was kind in hotel. I would definitely choose again if i come back.

The coffee in the room was not the best, but everything else was nice!
The staff from the reception was great, giving us all the information we needed! Very friendly and trying to make our stay as great as possible!

Air consitioning a bit noisy.
