Room was spacious with plenty of storage. Breakfast was available at a reasonable cost. Room was exceptionally clean. It was 10 minutes walk to our friend’s apartment. Staff were extremely helpful.

VERY EASY TO GET TO FROM THE AIRPORT AND TRAM NUMBER 12. EASY TO ET INTO AND OUT OF ZURICH TOWN CENTRE. FOOD AT THE HOTEL IS REALLY GOOD.

Water temperature was not stable when showering. Lots of dust on wall, I even can see the shape of someone's hands on the wall because of dust.

The breakfast had no eggs or sausages. The hotel restaurant could be a little bit better.

The staff was very friendly. The room was pretty big. The location is great (next to the tramway). Close to the airport (20min), close to the oldtown (30 min). It met our expectations.

the reception is only open for a few hours on Saturday and Sunday and therefore in an emergency you can contact them using the emergency phone which may result in a slight delay. we booked two rooms and the path between them is outdoor balcony

I love the fact that it is just 15 mins away from the airport! it was a large room and very spacious; staff responded very quickly to our concerns

A very practical room with minimal facilities. Friendly staff and easy access to public transport if you would like to have a short stay close to eawag institute and still would like to visit the city or go to the airport faster.

Breakfast was disappointing, they did not have any choice of savoury food, only cheese that you can put on bread. No fresh tomatoes or some greens, just cheese. Eggs came at an extra cost, which is not great...they surely can afford to give one scrambled egg for each costumer without paying 5 euros.... The room had no thermostat so you couldn't regulate the temperature...I found the room on the cold side personally

The room was well equipped with everything, the bed was comfortable enough. The location is not central but only 15 away from Zurich city centre. Fast wifi and (paid) parking availability as well

Feel noisy when you open the window. You need to close all windows, but will feel stuffy.

The location and breakfast are good. The service is also excellent. Self-check-in is convenient.

Wi-Fi must be definitely improved! I had an interview on Zoom and it was nearly impossible to talk, even without the video. The streaming on streaming platforms was possible, even if really slow. The rooms are 100m from the reception, it was raining and I did not have an umbrella. Anyway, the staff was very kind and I could borrow one from the hotel.

The room interior is very beautiful. The staff was really nice. The room was very clean. The room contains two bottles of water for free, an hairdryer, a safe and a large closet. Moreover, there is a boiler and some coffee. I liked the desk and the chair that allowed me to work.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Rooms were exceptionally clean, quiet and spacious. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel is well located just 20 minutes from the airport on the number 12 tram, and less than 100m from the tram station. Every single member of staff I met were wonderful - very pleasant and helpful. The bistro was cosy and had a really nice vibe. The hotel also supports the placement of people with additional needs in order to prepare them for work, which I think is amazing and the main reason I chose to book here.

My stay at Zwiback was wonderful! I was there for two nights by myself and the place felt like I was at home. It’s a quick 20 minute tram ride from the airport which made it so much easier. The staff were also wonderful and had great hospitality. They were very accommodating and I would recommend people to stay here!

It is not really an hotel, it is more a service apartment building. The access to the apartment is difficult, as the pathway to the lift is full of small stone. If you have heavy luggage, it is very difficult to bring them to the lift. Very hot in the summer, and very noisy if you open the window. For small kids (2-3 years), I found it a bit dangerous, as protection fence has some gaps between floor and fence body.

The apartment was new, and clean. One of the cheapest and good looking room near Zurich
