The luggage room was not locked and there was no staff present, so I did not feel safe leaving my lugagge there. The cleanliness could be improved somewhat (I saw some mold in the shower). The hotel is next to a restaurant so food smells drift in if you open the window.

Hotel in a good location close to the train station; basic but sufficient. Probably good value for money in expensive Zurich. Checkin was easy. Would consider staying here again for a night, but perhaps not for a long stay.

Beds could be 6 inches higher. I am 81 years old and 6ft 2in tall, which makes the bed VERY low to the ground!

At least there was a freight elevator.

The Light of the Toilet was no working, it was impossible to make up. a Chair in the room would be appreciated. There was no lift and the stairs (as it is an old building) were small and dangerous. The Toilet had a bad smell. The light in the room worked all together, so if you want to read a book in bed, you need all the lights on. So either Sunlight or Darknight. In Switzerland there's plenty of good lighting consultants, please give them a chance.

Easy Check in System, Room big enough. The neighborhood has improved a lot in the past few years, and that is a plus, but still the room is too expensive for no service at all.

4th floor without a lift can be a hassle sometimes, also once you take a shower the whole bathroom floor gets completely wet…. there was no wardrobe in the room. it was ok for 1 night, but would not recommend for longer stay.

great location, only a short walk from the main station. the room was clean, the check-in easy. it wasn’t noisy at night, the shower worked perfectly.

Sink was very slow to drain, TV didn't work, electric kettle provided, but no mugs. The fact that there's no lift should be more prominent in the information about the hotel. Since it's automatic check-in, why is there a cut-off time? Our train was late so it was stressful not knowing whether we'd be able to check in after midnight. On departure the baggage lift wasn't working as the previous user hadn't closed the door properly.

No elevator. There was a luggage lift but not well marked. Needed some minor maintenance- toilet seat loose and sink slow to drain. You get what you pay for. Loud at night.

Bathroom is a plastic cabin with poor air ventilation, leading to visible mold. Shower head was broken.

Nicht gefallen · not cleaned properly, heating too warm, no person elevator (but at least they have an elevator for luggage).. stairways super noisy.. entrance (automatic) door was broken. lamps inside of the wet cell were not working properly and flickering which is risk for a potential epileptic like me
