It is a building in a residential area that is about a 7- to 8-minute walk from the main road. The room was small, with no amenities except a soap and toilet issue. There was a leakage in the basin pipe, flooding the bathroom whenever you turned on the tape. They did not accept the credit card payment. There is no complimentary bottled or drinking water in the room.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The airport shuttle service was flawless and excellent. There is a supermarket on the main road, and there are many restaurants on this road.

Would have liked a clean top sheet for the bed to go under the dirty cover. Breakfast booked for 6.30am but arrived at 7.30am

The staff are exceptional, always going the extra mile to help with one's comfort. Most of the staff are bilingual and make the effort to bridge communication gap. amazingly one of the cleaners was fluent in english! Close proximity to the supermarket SOCOCE is a great place to stock on groceries and affordable fast food.

The room was very basic only with the really necessary things. There wasn´t hot water in the room and although the climate is too hot, I missed it. The towel we put on the floor was missing so the room got wet easily.

The staff were very friendly and were always ready to help. The location is very good in the middle of Cocody close to everything you could need. It was clean. They were waiting for us at the airport and took us to the hotel for free.

The hotel, misleadingly, does not own its own shuttle but seems to outsource its transportation to private individuals should any of their clients require it. This may not have been the hotels fault but the Wifi only seemed to be stable early in the morning or late in the evening.

The place is a bit far from other sites in Abidjan.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The place is in a quiet neighbourhood, so you can get a good rest. It is close to a mall (about 5-minute walk), which helps a lot. However, besides the mall, there are not many other places around, so you'll need to visit other areas. The place offers a variety of rooms, so you can get big ones, with kitchen included.

VERY CROWDED SPACE AND GLOOMY

First of all, they made me wait for almost three hours after I arrived at the airport because another guest was coming on another flight, this expected guest never showed up. When we finally got to the hotel I was given a dirty room that smelled of someone's body odour, I don't know if someone was taking a nap in there and was asked to leave after I arrived because the smell was so thick. The bed sheet was dirty, stained and worn. The two pillow cases smelt differently, one was a lady's perfume while the other was the smell of sweat. When I asked the receptionist to change the room he hesitated at first and kept hissing till he changed the room, very rude. The soap in the bathroom was open and used. The bathroom was dirty with cockroaches and a wall gecko. There was no value for money. Their pos wasn't working, I had to walk up the street to the main road to use an atm.

This is my second time staying in Residence Tourist Hotel. This place is clean, the staff is friendly and available at anytime. As a very private person, I love the location, and it’s a very safe place. I recommend this place to everyone.
