Cleaners seemed to come late afternoon everyday when we were always in the room after a day out diving, so timing the cleaning could have been better.

Great location close to a lot of dive schools and restaurants. Huge bed and large room. Great A/C and balcony. Comfy bed and friendly staff. Accommodation in Koh Tao is a bit pricer but I think this is a great compromise, slightly less expensive than a lot but good quality. Funny little garden with sculptures and gnomes to make you chuckle.

The location wasn't perfect, you had to walk 15 min to get to the main beach in the area where also all the tourists, restaurants and bars were.

We were able to extend our stay here. We also did laundry for 60 Baht/kg, they also have an express service.

Everything was good.

The staff is great, the place is so clean and the bathroom much better than Thai standards. Possibility to rent the scooter at a low price (150 baht for the older models, that work perfectly).

Wifi wasn’t very good. And we didn’t know how to switch the ceiling fan off, it was quite loud. We should’ve asked but it didn’t bother us that much!

Wasn’t expecting how nice it would be! Good air on. Had a balcony. Really nice and helpful staff. Was very clean. Had bottle of water each too.

The bathroom is not the best. Could be improved but its functional.

The location is excellent. Its close to the pier and about a 30 minute walk or less to Sairee beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind. The room size was quite big.

The wi-fi connection wasn't very good, so it was sometimes difficult to get internet in the room.

The location was great on a quiet secondary street, but still close to a lot of nice restaurants, cafes, and the pier. The room was cozy with a big bathroom and a comfortable bed. There was also a cute small terrace at the entrance connected to the hotel's inner courtyard.

I was sure I'd booked a room with a balcony. We were offered the bungalow style and we agreed. So no problem really. Nowhere near a beach and we moved about a mile to Sairee beach.

Well up the busy main street of the town. So a quiet place. Room and terrace were pleasant. Very handy to the port and the centre of things on the island

No free water. WiFi not very reliable. TV was manufactured in 1990.

Very good and helpful staff, they were able to arrange a Taxi Car in order to move to another hotel. Clean rooms, AC works good, nice terrace. They have storage (with CCTV) for your luggage in case you need them to keep it safe for some hours. Shower at reception in case you need one and your room is not ready yet (pretty helpful for scuba divers) Location is perfect if you want to be close to the pier and also quiet at night.

Slightly more expensive than our previous stays in Thailand, however we had a good room & pleasant stay.

Great location - after a long journey from Hua hin we appreciated how close it was to the pier! Was tucked behind the main street which kept the noise at bay during the night. Nice balcony which caught the afternoon sun. Staff were great - we had a mishap with our key & locked ourselves out one night & the staff were easily contactable & came to our aid immediately. Had options for bike rental too which was nice to have at hand!
