Nothing not to like about Bella's - it was fabulous. It was our first stay there (7 nights) and we've had happy stays at other places in Rarotonga 6 times previously, so plenty to compare. Note to guests: be very relaxed and just chill about communications after the booking acknowledgement and prior to arriving. A previous guest had written about finding your unit (there are 4 on the beachfront) and you take the one that doesn't have evidence of other guests. This was good to know in advance for our 10.15pm arrival when no one was about.

Absolute on the beach with safe swimming and snorkeling. The studio units were very spacious and very clean. The seating selections were the best we've seen with options of 2 styles inside, 2 styles on the covered verandah and 2x styles out in the sun. Big fridge with freezer. Two kayaks available.

Even though the property was clean and tidy, there were some bugs throughout our stay (ants in the kitchen upon arrival, a cockroach at night, and a wasp that flew into the bathroom from somewhere). Also, although we knew it had no air conditioner, it was uncomfortably warm at times, and this heat may have encouraged the bugs. Finally, some extras should have been included - there was only soap in the bathroom (no shampoo or conditioner) and the (admittedly speedy) WiFi was only available for an extra fee.

Really nice location, with a beautiful view of and doorstep access to the lagoon; a thoughtful honeymoon message on arrival; and parking for each bungalow.

This is that idealic tropical beach paradise location you dream of. These bungalows are right on one of the best tropical beaches I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. It's lovely to sit on the balcony with a beer or a book or both and in a few steps cool in the crystal waters of the calm ocean. Cooking facilities, everything close. Highly recommended.

The bathroom window didn't close and mossies are an issue as one could expect in the tropics

I loved the privacy and 3minute walk to I think one of the most beautiful beaches in Rarotonga, we stayed in the lodge which was very roomy, there was no washing machine but people staying in the beach bungalows told us there was a communal machine and we could all use the tables and kayaks and such on the beach. Annabelle was unwell the week we stayed otherwise I'm sure she would have filled us is.

When I arrived I was told by the taxi driver room 4 and left to it. I thought I would meet a member of staff but I didn't. The washing machine is over the road and I messaged the host to ask where and cancel my return taxi but didn't get a response on booking.com or the call/text I sent. HOWEVER I was informed the host was actually stranded in a conflict zone so with that in mind I totally understand why there wasn't a response now! (That was told to me by a guy who comes yearly. Another guest told me where the washing machine was) I wasn't expecting any particular interaction with staff due to it being self-contained Not sure where the hammocks are anymore An information pack about how to work things/where the washing machine is/what to do etc would be super helpful Once I got on the bus and sorted an E-SIM and car out it was really easy to get around and do everything. Definitely need a set of wheels but that's honestly the same over all of the island. On arriving don't leave the airport without an E-SIM- it will really make your whole experience in the cook islands easier 😊

The VIEW. Omg that was insane! Absolutely beautiful to see the beach and sea from your bed!! I really enjoyed sitting out in the front chilling out. Loved that the Kayak was free of charge and comes with the room. Good assortment of Kitchen items- has a hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Everything worked well At some point fresh towels were delivered but I was out so didn't meet the staff member. Free parking is great Washing machine and dryer- free of charge! Fridge and freezer were spotless Nice and Quiet Really clean I would stay again 👍 it truely is beautiful- and really accessible with wheels or the bus (if you're patient enough to wait!)

Loved the location, so close to the most beautiful beach in Raro. The staff were attentive, clean house and fresh sheets every two days and fresh fruit from the trees delivered. Even got a cake for my husband's birthday. Such a great stay.

The location is amazing! Right next to the beach which is a hidden gem on the island! I can't recommend enough our stunning this part of the world is and how gorgeous the island is. Our Bungalow on the beach is lovely and quiet.

Gas stove at the bungalow I stayed at was not working 100%, so required lighter/matches to get started. I was able to be in communication with the host about this.

I really enjoyed the location of the property, in a beautiful spot for swimming, snorkelling and enjoying the beauty of Rarotonga. It is right on the beachfront, which feels really luxurious. I also thought the provision of a kayak was a really nice touch that I wasn't expecting. I found the accomodation to be exceedingly clean on arrival, which I really appreciated!

It was very hot so I would like to see the bungalows with air conditioning. They were very helpful though with helping with the cooling. Would of been nice not to have bring a hairdryer.

Bungalow was small but ideal for 2 people and very clean. Changes our towels twice in the 8 days. Beach was beautiful. We got bananas and mango. It was abit noisy at times as quite close to the road. But traffic is minimal. i had a few questions while we were there and poor questions were answered promptly.
