Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We were in a beach bungalow it had a beautiful view of the lagoon walking only a few metres every day to swim was the best, great privacy as you can’t see others while on your own balcony, plus an outside shower to rinse off, relaxing lounger on balcony, Air conditioning, great water pressure, the friendliest and helpful staff, restaurant was fabulous great food selection and loved happy hour and the band Ephraim and Rangi who sang beautiful songs I also liked the postcards stamps and postal box at the reception was so handy good selection at the complimentary breakfast and such wonderful helpful staff

New ZealandThe units were clean but a bit tired, probably due to having no tourists for a couple of years. The fridge had some rust on it and the towels were thin. (However, they offered to change them daily.) These things weren't important at all, with the buildings kept spotless and the gardens beautifully maintained.
Nice buffet breakfast of cereal, toast, yoghurt, fresh coconut, pawpaw and banana, tinned fruit, banana bread and pawpaw bread. Filter coffee, juice and tea. Can order a choice of several cooked breakfasts. Staff wonderfully friendly and helpful. Location away from the main bustle of town and resorts but a 5 minute walk to a grocery store which is open 24/7. Great snorkeling beach with lots of fish on your doorstep. 10 minute walk to 'swim with the turtles'. The garden units are landscaped so you can't see neighbouring units while sitting out on your patio.

New ZealandIf anything, the ceiling fans in the beachfront villa could be replaced. Otherwise our stay was perfect!
We enjoyed being on the beach, use of kayaks and snorkel gear. Nice continental breakfast. Kids loved swimming in the pool. The staff were all very kind and helpful (we had car rental issues as well which they helped us with). Our beachfront villa had everything we needed, bedrooms were spacious with air con, full kitchen and own washing machine. Comfortable beds. Nice restaurant menu.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and spacious. The grounds are well maintained, and the pool setting was ideal for our family. Being close to the beach and having use of the kayaks was also a bonus. The Yellow Hibiscus Restaurant meals were all excellent. Thank you.

New ZealandThe fridge in the kitchen needs replacing. The sea air has got to it and rust and seals were shoddy. That really is about all.
Overall, a great place to stay. I didn't want the big resort type accommodation so this was the next step down. So much more relaxed and friendly. Staff were wonderful, very helpful and lovely people. All amenities included (snorkles, kayaks, etc).
