Property is in need of a revamp to tidy up the kitchen and bathroom. We ate out every night but there was a hot plate. Our room had pots but our friends did not. We had a bottle opener- they didn’t. Just need a bit more care with what is supplied to each bungalow.

The location right on the beach was perfect. Could walk from the bungalow straight onto the sand and into the beautiful blue water of the lagoon. We were there for seven nights for a fishing trip. The bungalows are basic but the bed was comfortable and clean. The balcony faces the sea and the sunset and were perfect to sit out on. Breakfast was delivered every morning- fruit, bread, jam and butter, juice and cereal and milk. The bungalows are perfect for their location and price. Look elsewhere if you want a more upmarket place to stay

Shower could be cleaner and felt that the receptionist seemed grumpy. Admitly she is not the one on holiday but having a happy disposition makes guests feel happy asking questions etc. The neighbors burning plastic on the odd occasion wasnt pleasant.

Great location on the beach. Brilliant view and lovely swimming spot. Beautiful sunsets from your deck.

Few odd maintenance things like shower dripping and basin taps both dripping constantly, light on deck not working and curtain wire fell down a couple of times. All minor so not reported

Not necessarily a bad thing but something to be aware of - it is about a 3km walk into the main town which can be pretty warm on a hot day, so we would recommend arranging some form of transport such as car/scooter/bicycle to access the main town and visit Ootu beach sometime whilst staying here.

A very affordable and relaxing stay on Aitutaki! We were welcomed by the accomodation staff at the airport and were given a frangipani necklace and received free airport transfers. The bungalow was very comfortable and in an amazing location - Such beautiful water and reefs straight out the front of the bungalows. There is good food, drinks and happy hour located at the restaurant located on the accomodation grounds 3 nights per week and a yummy and affordable takeaway store 2 doors down. We loved it so much we extended our stay and the reception were very helpful. Daily breakfast was served at 8am and was always very good. There is a wifi hotspot at the accommodation and kayaks available for hire. Would definitely recommend for all travellers and we would return to stay here in the future.

I really liked the property but it’s old and well worn in the rooms, my friend didn’t feel her deck was safe. And their beds needed replacing- ours was good. I wish the kayaks were included and not extra.

nothing really. Oh yes the bar on the premises was only open on a Wednesday and Saturday evening, could have opened more evenings as the staff were very friendly, especially at happy hour.

Location was excellent, breakfast good, the cooking facilities were very basic, however we eat out every night. Accommodation could be upgraded keeping the character of the beach accommodation. ie one of the neighbourhood beach houses, where upgraded and looked far better.

Bathroom dates, building shakes when you walk, doesn't feel clean, I.e rusty fridge and mattress quality poor.

I can't really fault the accommodation to be honest. There is an on site bar which only ended up being open for the Saturday night of our stay, not too sure if this was due to staffing or low numbers of patrons at the time. Aitutaki itself it a quiet island with not all bars and restaurants opening daily anyway so wasn't beyond the norm.

Loved the location, just like the photos it was right on the water with a clean beach clear of litter. The staff were really helpful, provided pick up and drop off to the airport and brought breakfast up to our bungalow each morning. Air con in the bungalow was a massive bonus too! Would 100% stay again.

Kitchen place is too tight; only one knife provided but it's rusted; too many ants even there's no food on the floor

It was very tired, some floor tiles were cracked, doors didn’t shut properly, the shower had paint coming off, the taps dripped in the shower and basin. The toilet was badly stained. Generally it needed a lot of love inside and out.

The beach front location was epic. The clear warm sea was joyous to bathe in. The fresh breakfasts were lovely.

Breakfast was lovely, delivered to the door. They took me by the grocery store after airport transfer, organised a scooter to be dropped at the door for a day hire and the cocktails were outstanding!

Nothing but if you are looking for first world luxury you will need to look elsewhere. This place gives you everything you need for your stay and he best location.

Breakfast was a bonus - simple fare but good especially the fresh fruit. Paradise Cove really does have spectacular views. This was definitely the best location and far exceeded our expectations. The easy and low cost of kayaks was great. Excellent information about things to do - honestly we can’t say enough about the place.

Great location,.. right on the beach..easy ride to anywhere, bar was a lot of fun on it's Wednesday night 😄. Breakfast was supplied every morning...which was a great surprise ..and the drop off and pick up from the airport was great
