They charged me payment when I checked in. They charged me again when I checked out. They refunded me the money but not fully after I asked them. I have to pay the credit card charge and currency exchange fee because of their mistake.

Entrance card key wasn't working for many times ,maybe needs to change to new cards for the whole hotel. Water was not hot enough time to time. Disappointed not able to take a hot shower to be relaxed..

There is not much to do in the neighborhood and its only really accessible by car/taxi.

Well maintained facilities, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds and good shower. The garden area looks inviting as well as the pool. The restaurant offers a good selection to fair prices.

LOVED it! I think it's the best hotel in Calama, considering value for money. Great breakfast, rooms amazing, nice pool and outside area. We even extended our stay, because we got sick and there was no better place to rest than here.

There was a party going on by the bar and pool that lasted till midnight. There are a lot of rooms that face the pool and the noise was incredibly loud. We had trouble sleeping. I wish we could have been forewarned.

This property is great value for money. Interestingly, the booking price online is much cheaper than the booking price on the hotel's website or if you'd show up on spot. The rooms are spacious, they have modern amenities, the staff speak English

There was construction going on (it looks like they're expanding the restaurant) so those aspects were a bit unsightly and noisy at times. But, it was acceptable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant (Oasis) was top-notch. Wonderful menu, tasty food and excellent quality. The rooms were adequate and clean and the bed was very comfortable!

Shower could be better, but it's not awful. One evening it was a bit noisy from live entertainment in the restaurant that stopped before midnight so didn't affect the sleep too much. Coffee at breakfast, served from thermos wasn't really a coffee but warm milk with a hint of coffee, could be improved.

The room was great, with massive, comfy bed and lovely rocking chair. Big TV if that's your thing. Peaceful place with nice outdoors. Option to use pool & gym. Staff were kind and communication great.

Facilities very poor - pond in front of hotel not clean- green algae, stained chairs by pool bar, toilet didn’t flush, doing renovations - no hot water and phones not working so couldn’t take a shower and had to get dressed and go to reception to query - was told it was all ok but water was not hot - was ok the next morning so suspect the water had been turned off due to building work. Cracked flooring in reception and round the pool. There were two old water bottles under the desk in our room so not well cleaned or checked.

The toilet did not flush. The bathroom had a penetrating urine smell. There is a nightclub next door with loud base music until at least 05.00 am.
