The room was very spacious and comfortable. Very good WiFi and location. The design was great. Communication with the host was very smooth. We have been here twice (before and after our stay at Torres del Paine Park) and would definitely recommend this place.

The only thing was the bathroom was small but it really wasn’t bad. And the drainage was slow.

The bed and sheets were amazingly comfortable. The apartment size was great and the kitchen was helpful and clean. The location was incredible where we really got to explore PN and enjoy all it had to offer. The grounds of the site were cute. And the people working there were amazing! Estrella in particular was so helpful! She went above and beyond.

We had two different rooms for our stays (the nights before and after hiking the W Trek) and both rooms were nice and had everything we needed. Convenient location - close to the water to take a walk along as well as restaurants/bars/etc. - and great price. Would definitely look to stay again in the future.

Excellent studio apartment, in a quiet location, in downtown Puerto Natales. Communication with staff was great before and during the trip. Small apartment had a comfortable king-size bed, sofa, small kitchenette with eating area, utensils, paper towel, dish soap, salt, pepper, etc. Close to shops, car rentals, and excellent restaurants. Staff will store luggage for you if you arrive prior to check in and/or if you go trekking in the park.

Toore Patagonia was a fabulous place to stay. Right downtown, but in a quiet location, off the street. Very well appointed studio apartment with kind size bed, functional kitchen, utensils, fridge, HOB, etc. stocked with paper towel, hand and dish soap, shampoo and conditioner. Spotless. Staff were excellent, and allowed us to store our luggage after checkout while we explored around town. Staff were extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. Excellent restaurants within a block of the apartment. I highly recommend Toore Patagonia.

Only small downside is that shower temp changes without touching it. Goes very hot to very cold with no warning.

We updated and got the upper level with the ocean views. It was amazing. Great location, close to everything but still quiet at night. Plus the bed is so comfortable.

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was VERY comfortable, the kitchen area had everything you need to prepare some meals, the staff is very friendly, and the hotel has a nice courtyard area where you can enjoy the outdoors. The location is wonderful: restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and the beautiful waterfront are all within an easy walking distance.

Clean, fresh, well-appointed self-contained units in a great location with excellent customer service. We did the W-trek and stayed here before and after it was lovely to come back to after five days of hiking. We were able to leave a bag and it was in our room on our return. Little things like that make a big difference when you are exhausted.

The Cabin is so cozy, chic and very well furnished. It has all the amenities needed like heater and small kitchenette. It feels like home. The owner Nicole is so friendly and kind, he helped me with all my requests. The location is perfect, around all the cafes and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

Definitely our favourite place to stay in Patagonia. The location was quiet and serene, but still close to all the main streets, restaurants, shops, etc. Beautiful room with a great bed and big shower (which was amazing after our big hike). The receptionist was always super helpful and had AMAZING recommendations for food and coffee spots. We really appreciated being able to check in a bit early as well when we got back from our hike. The little gift shop in the front is also very cute, with some unique locally made artwork and clothing.

We stayed for one night between a 4 night stay in Torres del Paine and flying to Santiago. Really comfortable room, with a small but functional kitchen, practical bathroom and a comfy bed. Very quiet as at the back of the property - but note that upstairs (which we knew prior - the other apartments here are on ground level). Great location with good restaurants (the risotto at Cafe Artimana is as good as people say) and coffee (go to Cactus Coffee) on the doorstep, plus not far to walk to the main square and to the water. Easy to check. Safe and secure. Good wifi.
