It's cozy but with everything we needed. Beds were clean and comfortable. Hot shower really good. Kitchen has all stuff we needed. The owner was super nice and allowed us to store luggage for free.

It is a dated place, but was comfortable as we were only sleeping there and going on hikes throughout the day. There could be more electrical plugs installed in the bedrooms.

The location was great, walking distance to the town. I stayed with 2 others which was an appropriate amount for staying in the 3 bedroom place as the rooms were quite small but for 1 person per room they were ok. The kitchen and living room is large and had the basics to cook breakfast. The owners were kind upon check in, and also fixed the toilet while we were out.

While our stay at this hotel was overall enjoyable, there are a couple of areas that could be improved upon. Firstly, it would have been convenient to have access to laundry facilities on-site, preferably with coin-operated options, as we stayed for almost a week and incurred over $40 in laundry expenses at a nearby laundromat. Additionally, there were a couple of instances where parking was challenging, and we had to resort to parking behind the employee's car on two occasions. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience at the hotel was satisfactory.

We absolutely adored our time at Cabanas Ultima Esperanza. Our daughters were thrilled with the cozy corner bed boasting two large windows and twin beds. The room itself was luminous, with impeccably clean sheets and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with coffee and tea supplies. The heater functioned flawlessly, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The location was superb, situated within easy walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. Additionally, the staff graciously allowed us to leave our bags while our room was being prepared and promptly notified us when it was ready around 1 pm. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we highly recommend Cabanas Ultima Esperanza for a delightful stay.

Extra towels would be nice as the bathroom floor gets very wet from the open shower but this is pretty typical of these types of showers

We stayed here twice, before and after visiting Torres Del Paine. We enjoyed our stay both times. The cabanas are nice for a group with comfortable beds, kitchen, living/dining area, bathroom etc. WiFi worked well and tv was good. Overall would recommend to others and we would stay here again if in the area.

Great value. Two couples traveling together and we each had our own bedroom. The sitting area was enough for us in between excursions. It was close to everything.

Spotlessly clean, well furnished cabana located downtown with plentiful parking. Beds were wonderful, shower had great pressure and lots of hot water and living area was well appointed. Staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly and spoke good English. A little expensive but we'd stay there again without a doubt.
