There was nothing we didn't like strongly. Only thing we noted was that the hot water takes a long time to arrive in the shower, but, once it came through, it was plentiful and hot (so was minor a inconvenience)

Enjoy was very comfortable, with a large room, was very quiet and felt very safe. The staff did everything to make our stay memorable and easy. We are English speaking and they were very helpful. The location is very good, and we enjoyed walking in the park and along the waterfront. The hotel is close to a number of restaurants. We walked to Valparaiso on a mild sunny day, and caught the Metro back to Enjoy. I swam in the sea, but the hotel pool is very inviting, with a great view. The breakfast buffet had a good choice of food (cold and hot, healthy and pastries), which suited both of us, and we appreciated the heated milk for coffee

Spacious, clean room. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. I had a view of the ocean front, wonderful! The staff at check-in was very helpful and with a wonderful disposition to help (Jose).

The check-in is way too late. In fact, we ended up entering the room at 4:15 pm. I have never seen such a big gap (4 hours) between check-in and check-out. They were super inflexible in letting us do an early check-in or late check-out. The pool/sauna are only working until 7 pm so if you are going for one day you will only be able to access the pool/sauna for 2h 45min (considering they gave us the room at 4:15 pm). The pool was full of annoying children who were splashing everyone else. The parents would not say anything either to stop them, so the whole situation was quite crass and tasteless. We ended up leaving the pool after a bit and going to the sauna. However, the saunas were separate by gender. I went with a female friend so they basically forced us to be by ourselves if we wanted to go to the sauna. The vegetarian options at Santa Brasa are pretty scarce and there is no other restaurant in the hotel. You also have to wear a shower cap at the pool but they don't tell you in advance, forcing you to buy the world's most expensive shower cap. It was generally disappointing, I would not go again.

The sauna was nice although there was no wifi there. The steam room was also good. When we arrived, the room had a lovely view and was clean and tidy. The pisco sours at Santa Brasa were good.

the outside patio was very dirty. empty plastic bottles and lots of bird stuff. the A/C could not be set to cool. had to have the patio door open - talk about dangerous. Also, I tried going to the casino with a temporary pass to go around from the Chilean government, but I was not allowed to access the casino. Breakfast had a limited selection of items.
