Looks like needs a good maintenance, the property feels old and somehow abandoned. Definitely is not a 5 star hotel.

We arrived about 4.15pm and our room was not ready. We left our baggage in reception and went back 30mins later when room ready. We really struggled to get into the room with the plastic key card. It took us about 30mins to get into our room as the receptionist was on his own and there was nobody to assist us. The room was clean but not that big. We only stayed one night so it was OK for us.

Location overlooking the lake. It was clean. The breakfast was nice.

Breakfast could be better. Very little fruit. Lots of bread. Bacon undercooked and massive block of scrambled eggs were watery.

Check in was smooth and they allowed us in early. Nice decor. Room was very nice, great lake view. The lounge and restaurant were fine. Great pumpkin soup. Good wine. On site parking was super great. Location is awesome for walking the downtown area. Great shower. Has a very nice sauna, used it once. Check out smooth.

My hotel room had a sea view which on a clear day was amazing. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. Hotel location is ideal for exploring the area. Restaurant food was delicious and my steak was cooked as requested. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s very overpriced, the quality of the service doesn’t meet the price one needs to pay. The rooms are facing a high street but are not soundproof what makes the stay rather unpleasant as one can hear all the music and cars. Breakfast is the same every morning and honestly it’s mediocre, eggs, bacon, ham and cheese, some fruits, no veggies. The hotel is rather dated and probably seen better days. It’s hard to rest after a long hike or a trip.

Open a convenience store inside, like many hotels in the USA. We could not find a place within 7 blocks from the hotel to buy snaks for nightime and this was very frustrating, if the hotel has one, it would be perfect!

The location was perfect, right on downtown, we could walk to everything!

We arrived at the hotel at 9 am. With many rooms getting checked out early in the morning , they could not get us a room until 2 pm. Yes, we understand that check in was at 3 pm.

The staff upon arrival was not warm and welcoming. Something many expect when traveling abroad. A warm smile and content in their voice goes a long way. The wifi did not work one day but was rectified by the next day. Towels in the bathrooms, were only 2 body, 1 face. No washcloths. Bathroom amenities had shampoo and conditioner but no body cream.

The hotel.is centrally located in Puerto Varas with beautiful lake/volcano views. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant offered great breakfast and had a nice dining menu.

The rooms are starting to look a little old, the door lock broke and I couldn't get back into my room, not really any one from the staffs fault, but they had to break the lock open and I had to shift rooms as there was no lock on that room after they did that.

The Breakfast was great and there was a good selection of everything. The Lunch too was good value and was delicious. The staff were all pleasant/friendly and willing to assist with anything. The location was perfect.Bed was comfortable.

We had a great time at the Radisson. The breakfast was enjoyable, the staff were very friendly, can't beat the location, and would recommend using the spa and get a massage.

Restroom faucets are worn out and loose. Parking vehicles at the main canopy entrance seem to be usual, so when you arrive for check-in, there's no room to leave the car, streets are jam packed and you need to drive around 6 blocks to get to the parking entrance. It happened to us on friday june 30, 2022 at16:30 hrs. A bit of of extra management at the main entrance would be appreciated.

Heating and thermal insulation, is awesome. The size of the room is generous and above competition. Location is PERFECT, in the center of everything. Staff attitude is very good.

Restaurant staff poor customer service all the time looking at their mobile phones instead of taken care of the tables in other words Kids with poor training and desire to work!

It's the best location in downtown PV.. It's also the top choice in the city. We stayed in three places and this was the best (of those three).

I loved the view from the room, good soundproof insulation and good breakfast. The staff was attentive and fast at check-in and check-out. Will return.
