WiFi speed very hit or miss but to be expected given the location.

Place was clean and comfortable. 10-20 min walk to pretty much anyplace a tourist wanted to be town. Room was dark and bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful. Room was quiet from 10p to 9am. Was in room next to water pump you could hear running during the day but shuts off at night.

Rooms at the front of the property pick up a lot of noise from the road and are difficult to regulate the temperature.

Good value for money, rooms were clean and comfortable and decent size kitchen with communal ingredients (e.g. salt, pepper)

Location was a bit on the outside of town and a good 20 minute walk to the centre.

The room was clean there was a shared kitchen and a table and chairs outside to sit. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel and nice room in a quieter part of San Pedro. 10 minute walk to the bus station. 15 to 20 minutes into the town center. Beautiful view of the volcano from the rooftop seating area.

We could not sit outside in front of our room, #1. No chairs, no shadow. Room can warm up quite a bit during the day. New pots and pans are necessary in the kitchen. Wifi is mediocre.

Wifi was not good and specially there were almost no signals in our room. Atacama is hot during the day but they do not have an option of providing a fan at all.

Staff was very helpful and hostal had good outdoor space.

The room didn’t have air con so it was fairly warm. However the temperature does drop late at night so it isn’t too bad.

The hostel was in perfect location of the town, only about a 10 minute walk to restaurants and tour shops. It was clean and the staff were friendly. Great for a couple of nights.

Our room was west facing and unbearably hot. We needed a fan and shutters to keep out the sun during the day would be helpful.

Hot water facility needs re-design, it is provided by small gas powered heaters that are shared between rooms. You get hot water for (literally) 30 sec and then it turns cold. This was not a big problem in summer when we were visiting, but I imagine it would be a big deal during the winter that can be very cold in Atacama. Internet was slow and unstable, do not plan to work from there if your job needs good connection, you will need a backup line.

Good value for money. Comfortable bed, clean, shared kitchen has all facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was too dark and the bathroom was too small. The bed was really uncomfortable.

It was no problem to park the car inside the hotel.

Hot water was roasting hot and it was difficult to control. The reception tried to charge us twice because she forgot that we paid already. And the reception lady wasnt available 24h. The bed sheets were dirty and had unrecognizable red stains and hairs.

No heating anywhere so got quite chilly especially at night - slept in thermals but had good warm blankets. Only one small stoce so only one person could cook at a time, only one week little light in the kitchen so difficult to see how the cooking is going on the stove top.

Good location, short walk to the town centre, hot showers, good little terrace with a view of the volcanoes and mountains, dark rooms, comfy beds, quiet. Cute little kitten.
