Was a short walk (15min) into the town centre however the location was nice and quiet which was appreciated.

Really helpful staff and smooth check in process. The room was large, warm and clean. Big comfy bed and great shower. Nice common spaces with a clean kitchen. Simple but pleasant breakfast included with toast/cereal and tea/coffee. Safe in bedroom appreciated. Upscale atmosphere for a hostel with good attention to detail high standards throughout.

We only spend one night at Hostal Puerta Roja but were very happy with our stay. The room is very modern, the bed super comfy and the shower is a bliss. The hosts Antonio & his wife are super friendly and even helped us print our ferry tickets - much appreciated! We were also able to leave our luggage at the house after check out and use the common areas before continuing our travel, which was great. Thanks for everything!

Located in an off-the-path residential area the Uber driver had trouble finding. No contact check-in meant no opportunity to inquire about restaurants, breakfast and distance to bus terminal for early morning departure. Felt semi-abandoned but facility was nice.

The accomodation is really lovely. The communication with the host was excellent and the checkin and checkout was very flexible, we could even make ourselves some breakfast in the night for our early departure.

Would love it if some eggs or soy protein for vegetarians was offered for breakfast! Not so much a dislike, but the location isn't that close to the town center (not that Punta Arenas is very big anyway). But it did mean we had to take an Uber to get to the bus terminal since it wasn't walkable with bags.

Very cute little hotel/hostel! I think all the bedrooms had private bathrooms, which was very nice. The common area was sunlit and very cozy to hang out in. There was always tea and hot cocoa available that you could make yourself. Breakfast in the morning was simple but enough. Beds and pillows were good and comfortable. Had a solid night's rest here. Good water pressure in the showers.

It’s not right in the city center but within walking distance.

The place is very nice, cozy, quiet and it has everything you need. Very clean, nice design and overall very well equipped. As well, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you the owner, very warm and welcoming. Totally recommend this place! Thumbs up!

I would not recommend Room 1 since it is right on the street. But really was not that much of a problem. Other than that everything was good.

Hostel Boutique Pareta Roma was excactly as advertised. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed. The bathrooms were small but the water was hot with goo water pressure.

Paper thin walls and our room had a window that opened to a common area so we heard everything and everyone could hear everything we did/said. It wasn't horrible, but we weren't expecting it when we booked.

Easily walkable to the center of town. Comfy bed, cute place. Great bathroom/shower.
