I got ravaged by mosquitos. There are no fans so the windows and doors always have to be open. After I got destroyed by mosquitos they changed my room so I could keep the door and windows shut

Clean is very bad. Wifi is slow most time. Kitchen was a kind of dirty. Room was a kind of dirty.

Weak water pressure. The rooms had limited plugs for electronics. The rooms also felt a bit like a dungeon.

5k for express laundry. It was done in 2 hours. Cheap price.

The safety at night around the area is questionable. Bed was too soft. Dorm room lacked ventilation Breakfast was too basic.

The bathroom was quite dirty when I arrived in the afternoon, but before the evening, it was cleaned.

The staff did not speak English very well but was super friendly and helpful.

Very springy beds and no ladder for top bunk. WiFi wasn’t that great either

Staff seemed not very interested almost a little bit annoyed. Also the breakfast was one cheap brand of bread with eather one type of marmalade or sausage spread or the alternative was yoghurt with a very cheap, sugary cereal or oatmeal. For coffee just instant coffee.

Location was good also they had a early check-in.

It was very cold during night time and evenings, also didn't have enough blankets to cover warm. The apartment is not clean and I guess I was bitten by some insects. WiFi works unstable.

the location is great, close to subway and also to some sightseeings. The staff is helpful. Breakfast is good for this price.

Extremely uncomfortable mattress- literally sleeping on the bed springs Cooker in the kitchen was filthy and the sponge for washing dishes was very smelly with no new ones available

at check in they charged me more than the price on booking.com and my final receipt. the shower didn’t have very good pressure. no stairs to access the top bunk.

Night receptionist was super unfriendly, they charge you the tourist tax regardless how and in what currency you pay (never happened to me before or after in Chile), no AC or fan in the room

Rooms were dark, shared bathroom and common areas rather unpleasant. Bunk beds had no stairs / ladders to top bunk (will definitely be a problem for shorter and / or heavier people).

Administrators were friendly (one of them spoke English as well). Breakfast was included in the price (although I could not eat it due to very early departure). Relatively cheap.

The common areas are not very comfy, so you probably don't get to meet people there.

A basic hostel with all you need, neither outstanding, neither bad. The breakfast was very good though. Good for a stay.

Lockers were broken or not in great condition and the surrounding area isn’t the greatest, but that’s not the hostel’s fault. Room was quite cold as the windows weren’t great for keeping out the draft.

Decent bed and bathroom, with some small but nice communal areas. Staff were helpful and friendly. A limited, but great breakfast available helped set me up for the day.
