Breakfast was quite chaotic and finished buffet items took long to be replaced/were not replaced at all; room was very dark even with all the lights on which was a bit depressing

We had a problem with hot water on the first night, where the shower was just lukewarm rather than hot. We spoke to the front desk, and were told that the problem should have been resolved, but then the second night, it felt warmer than the first night but it still wasn't that hot. It is not a huge problem in the hot Chilean summer, but we spoke to the front desk nonetheless, and the staff quickly came up to check and acknowledged our concern but admitted that it seemed a hotel wide issue and she would check with the maintenance team again. The problem was fully resolved by the third night.

I liked the location, and it is not the closest to the tourist attractions (might have to take a taxi or metro) but it is close to plenty of great restaurants. Nice air conditioning which is essential in Chilean summer. Breakfast was great!! Service was amazing. See below for the hot water issue. The reaction of the staff was quick and friendly. In my previous experience, the staff could be very dismissive when it comes to problems that they don't want to deal with. Therefore, I highly appreciate the effort and the friendly attitude.

Nothing, everything went smoothly

Everything , santiago is beautiful and at this hotel everything is super easy to get to. All the staff were amazing , especially The receptionist Felipé & the rooftop staff Andy were super helpful and really lovely! I highly recommend a stay here on your travels to chile!

The neighbourhood is a little sleepy and not all rooms enjoy the same mountain views. But who cares when you have access to that roof!

Rooftop bar and pool area is superb. Magnificent views and a lovely space to hang out in. Breakfast was also a cut above average in Chile. Solace was much cheaper than other Santiago hotels and we got much more for our money - really great value.

Nothing!

Everything. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and CLEAN. Excellent breakfast. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and water are available throughout the day. All included in the price. The rooftop bar and restaurant's prices are good and the food served there is great. There is a swimming pool at the bar. The location is in a beautiful area of Santiago.

The swimming pool is narrow and not deep.

The rooftop, the general charm of the place . The support of the staff . We have used the hotel also to store our luggage as the on at the airport is closed. The service was free of charge .

Good hotel in quite area of Santiago. Best thing was the rooftop swimmingpool/bar/restaurant. Sun almost entire day and until 2100hrs. at night. Free coofee and water in lobby area:-) Walking distance to several atractions.

If a few maps in English were available that would be excellent. The staff working in the rooftop bar could be a bit more attentive. We had to always wave them down to order a drink, our meal, remove our empty plates and order dessert.

The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of food to choose from. Much appreciated. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and particularly helpful, from providing us with a Bip card for a few days, helping direct us to specific sites and ensuring that we had our transfer to the airport. The location is just around the corner from the subway station, which was very helpful.

Pool could be heated.

Breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful, especially Evelyn at the Front desk who changed our room very quickly and efficiently when we were not happy and Rebecca in the Restuarant was amazing!!! She went out of her way to make sure we were happy. A great experience.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, staff was super friendly. The food at the restaurants was pretty good - and moderately priced by comparison.
