Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NorwayWe had several problems with noise from wedding events on the top floor that was possible to hear in all parts of the hotel. This will most often happy in the weekends or around holidays. The music was intense, with a bass, and lasted until 5-6am. We tried to change rooms, but the bass was still there. We also asked them - in the middle of the night - to put down the volume. But it seems like that was not an option. In the end we got partly refund, but the hotel should find solutions to this problem so they can both host weddings and have sleeping guests at the same time.
A nice hotel and good value for the money. Free transport from the airport and nice staff.

Clean, friendly staff, big beds, great breakfast. They let us store our luggage and use the pool after checkout. Highly recommended! One of the nicest hotels during our travels in Cameroon.

SwedenThe location is far away from downtown and there is absolutely nothing around. The restaurant is a joke. I waited for 1,5 hours for a croque monsieur. They eventually came with the bill for my juice and said - sorry, no food. The ladies in the restaurant don't have a clue about what they are doing. It's Faulty Towers live . The wifi is completely worthless. Just avoid the place.
Very kind and helpful staff in the reception. Great airport transfer.

Philippinesthe property was to pick me up from the airport but they didn’t. I was stranded at the airport at 1am and they made no allocation for a back up driver. I had to pay extra for a private vehicle to take me to the hotel at that tardive hour. they offered an apology but no compensation 💔 hotel is good and staff too, but they stillll need to work on delivering accurate service. I was highly at risk being stranded at the airport at 1AM in Douala

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. Like the mix of continental and local. The rooms are clean and well air-conditioned. Like their facilities as well with a gym and an instructor, a swimming pool (though small), and a roof terrace for a cold drink. I will visit again
