The hotel is close to the airport, and perfect for a stay beforr departure from Douala. There is a free shuttle. The room was good, the AC was working well, and the breakfast was served fresh and tasted well.

The mattress on the bed was very hard. The bathroom got all wet when using the shower, because it is not built in a way that leads the water towards the drainage.

Breakfast was great, with good variety of cheese, salad etc. and very good omlette! The staff was very polite and friendly. The poolside restaurant atmosphere and food was very good (except the fish ).

The printer always had technical problems - you can not print or copy more than one page - it needs to replaced. Also, the music in the lobby lounge was loud and there was no quiet zone - at times it was difficult to have a business conversation.

The communication of the manager through its employers... A lot of pressure to get money from the clients without trying to ensure a good quality of their stay... For example, the building was being refurbished and that created a lot of noise starting early in the morning, but nothing was done to improve that during my stay.

We had several problems with noise from wedding events on the top floor that was possible to hear in all parts of the hotel. This will most often happy in the weekends or around holidays. The music was intense, with a bass, and lasted until 5-6am. We tried to change rooms, but the bass was still there. We also asked them - in the middle of the night - to put down the volume. But it seems like that was not an option. In the end we got partly refund, but the hotel should find solutions to this problem so they can both host weddings and have sleeping guests at the same time.

This hotel is on sales as 5 Star hotel. HOTEL HAS NO LANDLINE OR DIRECT LINE, ONLY NUMBER WHICH FOUND THERE IS WHATS UP NUMBER. ONLY FOR SAFETY AND QUALITY REASONS, ALL MEDIATORS SHOULD STOP SELLING THIS HOTEL. THIS HOTEL HAS TO BE INVESTIGATED BY TOURIST BOARD OF CAMEROUN. ALL CUSTOMERS WHO PLANS TO USE THIS HOTEL, BIG WARNING ON SECURITY, I DONT KNOW ANY 5 STAR HOTEL WHICH HAS CONTACT INFO ON RESERVATION, AND THERE IS NOTHING, FAKE NUMBERS,...ALARM!!!!! MOST PROBABLY ITS BOGUS BEOND THE HOTEL. IATA CAN NOT ACCEPT THESE KIND OF HOTELS WORKING UNDER THEY LOGO, OR BOOKING OR ANYOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.....
