Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThey got my room order mixed up and had to prepare an extra when we arrived. The lift broke down on the day of departure and we had to take heavy bags down from the 4th floor. More towels need per room.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. I ordered dinner ahead and they made sure it was available. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and did not smell. The driver waited patiently at the airport to pick us up.

ThailandThe fact that you pay a big amount of money for renting a room which doesn’t look the same on the booking page ain’t fair for people coming for their first time in Cameroon, you can’t access your key card room for no reason , dirty toilet , water was all over the corridor and no one could care to sweep the water , after check in tye staff told me that the y key card ain’t working properly and I will be changed room the next day so to enter my room I had to call the reception every single time I go out

United StatesFree shuttle pick-up from the airport, receptionist were great, the food superb. The security was great, the staffs and management were very cooperative and understanding to plan a surprise engagement party for my wife. We felt at home. After we checked out from the hotel to other hotels in the city, we concluded Noubou International Hotel is home away from home (the best). We place a call to Noubou hotel to pick us up from another hotel. With their free express shuttle, took us back were we stayed for another three nights before returning back to the United States. We strongly recommend this hotel. My wife and I has found another family in Noubou. We will be back.
