I went down for breakfast around 8:30am. After breakfast, when I came back to me room, I saw the cleaner inside cleaning the room already. This was around 9:30am. I had to check out immediately.

Breakfast is ok, there is not much seasoning used for the dishes...so all the food tastes bland/ also the walls in the rooms have water damage or mold damage

The hotel shuttle driver waited for me outside the airport for hours in the middle of the night after my luggage was lost and I had no internet to communicate about my delayed timing–total lifesaver! Staff also arranged for an early check-in on my return & overall the hotel was great.

I hated that when I arrived at the hotel after a long flight I was told that my room was double booked and had been given to another guest. I was then taken to Ibis which is not the same standard. Very disappointing. And although they were apologetic, it should never have happened. I also didn’t like that I didn’t have a fridge or kettle in my room.

I liked that it was modern and fresh with good air conditioning. It was close to the airport with shuttle service provided. The breakfast is good with plenty of variety. They also provide a lunch and evening buffet. It was clean and airy with a good atmosphere

This is a good hotel in a good area with an attractive interior design, very clean and staff who are welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good. It does not take long to get to the airport from the hotel and they have a free airport shuttle. A place I will definitely look to stay in again next time I am in Douala.

Nothing bad to say this is an excellent hotel to stay in Douala, I surely encourage you to book it for your next trip.

Onomo Hotel is located in one of the nicest locations in Douala called Bonanjo. The area of the hotel is safe and easily accessible. There is a gym and a swimmingpool. The room is lovely with a great design. The breakfast is good and the staff is professional and welcoming.

Rooms are very well laid out. My room this time (506) had a loose soap dispenser that came off the wall but I stuck it back up. Will probably come off again. I forgot to tell the staff in my hurry to catch the shuttle. The airport shuttle is wonderful, and the buffet is always good. This is my second stay. I needed a hotel in Casablanca for a one-night layover and booked the Onomo there also. It has matched the standard of Onomo Douala. Thank you management for bringing a consistent vision to your hotel chain. All staff are always friendly and helpful.

There is a buffet which is quite good value I guess if you eat a ton. However if you want to eat something a bit smaller the options are not very healthy and quite expensive.

Breakfast is good. Coffee is not great. Just a little effort would be appreciated to improve this

Cost of a beer is simply outrageous. Can get a beer that's 750 francs at a store or bar but it's like 2500 to 3000 francs there. It's highway robbery. I can see 1000-1500 francs but twice that, not cool.

Nothing, my expectation met and beyond

The environment entrance and foyer is really nice, the room is spacious and the standard is great. What a pleasant surprise in the heart of dla and affordable too. I am making this place my base! Love it!

A wider selection of alcohol - beers and spirits - would've made out stay even better

A lovely place to rest and relax after a busy day. Great food, clean rooms in a safe environment. Appealing decor, slightly funky. All in all, a really nice spot
