  “The staff was very helpful. Since we were Indians, we did not know Chinese and they were struggling to speak in English. Yet the communication was carried out smoothly through translators and they helped us during our entire stay, may that be wrt to booking taxis or identifying locations or anything else. The staff is really humble.”
