“The location and view was very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The staff upgraded our room and let us pick any choice we wanted which was a happy surprise. There was a cat which the staff took care of which was friendly and I loved him to pieces.”
“I spent 10 weeks in China and this was the best place I stayed. I stayed for 6 nights. There is one reason for that and that is the staff. They are all excellent, so polite friendly and helpful. The 3 amazing reception staff speak great English and will help you with anything regarding your stay but are also willing to have a chat about anything which is so welcoming as many other hotels do not have English speaking staff. I will not mention any member of staff because they are all great, including breakfast staff , cleaners etc, the whole team.
The location is great next to the lakes and central for everything in Guilin. The room was large, bed comfortable, hot shower, great Wi-Fi and good air con. Breakfast was lovely and a good western/Chinese variety. If you are coming to Guilin I highly recommend you stay here.”
