“Very niice small hotel be the lake/park. Away from tourist crowds but still good n a walking distance. Green area, great teahouse ambience, diverse choices for breakfast - at the top floor with a view. Rooms woth a special window tea drinking area. Super friendly english speaking staff. Thanks for a small gift.”
“The hotel had an amazingly convenient location, good breakfast and helpful staff reception (including changing our room when our original bathroom had a leaking shower tray).”
“Boutique hotel with excellent hospitality. Clean and comfortable and location was good. Note that all rooms are Japanese tatami type and therefore low mattress on the raised floor. Unfortunately, my Dad had a knee problem so getting on and off the low bed was an issue for him. Otherwise, the hotel was very good with a local vibe. Get a higher floor room with a view. Worth it. Nothing to see on the lower levels.”
“The reception was exceptionally friendly. The tours I booked through the hotel (Rice Field and Li River Tour) were all perfectly organized. The Dinner recommendation were perfect.”
“The staff speak very good English and they are very professional and kind. The room was comfortable and clean. A bit far from the centre (30 min walk) but good position for railway and bus station”
“Gorgeous little hotel in a great location, 10 minute drive from the pedestrian road and right next to the lake, great views.
The hotel itself is very nicely decorated, antique but modern at the same time. Room was very comfy and spacious.
Breakfast was delicious.
The staff was very helpful, especially in finding us a last minute river cruise on a national holiday!”
“The hotel is located within a walking distance to the Guilin Railway station and most of the attractions in the city. The beds were very comfortable, room clean. Staff speak English and was very helpful with booking all attractions, taxis etc. Very good breakfast. You get great quality for low price. So far, one of the best places we have stayed in China. Highly recommended!”
