“This has to have been the most enjoyable hotel stay in a 60 year lifetime of world travel and many hundreds of hotel bed nights. Apart from the excellent facilities and very comfortable room it was the extraordinary helpfulness and generosity of the reception staff that made this short stay in Xining so memorable. We are indebted to Ning Tian, Wen Zheng, Ninh Chul and all the rest of the hotel's reception team for their kindness and help to this language challenged septuagenarian couple in their all too short stay in Xining.”
“The good thing about this hostel is that it's very cheap, and the staff is very nice. They stored our backpacks on the last day so we could explore the city before our train departed.
There is always hot water in the showers and sinks, as well as hot water for drinking. Clean sheets, and the room smells good. The whole hostel has very beautiful plants.”
“Facilities high standard and very clean.
The staff overall and especially at reception is amazingly kind, gentle and helpful about any questions or advices about the city and getting around.”
“The staff were very kind and helped me when I was unwell. Even though we didn’t share the same language it was possible to communicate using translation tools. Thank you for your invaluable assistance! Great location for local museums.”
