South AfricaRoom 5206, the curtain on the balcony in the main bed is not block out that allows light in in the early hours and allow street light in at night too that disturbs sleeping. There is only a 2 sitter couch in the lounge, whereas there smaller two bedrooms have the L shaped 4 sitter lounger.
The location is great, close to Sea World, where restaurants, shopping centers and even a water show there. Xmas market there was a bomb. The two bedroom suite is very spacious, conveniently equipped with a fridge/freezer, kitchenette and all the utensils and cooking pots. Breakfast is adequate with both Western and eastern food available. They are so flexible and understanding that they even allow takeaways for the person who is not available for the breakfast.

Everything was very good, around 8-10 minutes walk from Sea World metro station. A lot of food options around. My room was upgraded to 2-room Premier apartment for free, and this was amazing because this room includes a lot of extras (such as iron, washing machine, small coffee machine, microwave, drying rack, 2 TVs e t.c.). Check-in and out were fast, but just did not accept my Visa due to technical problem but stuff allowed me to move in and pay later after I withdraw cash from ATM. Breakfast was also ok (and with good coffee).

ItalyThe Wi-fi, sometimes, had problems of connecting to the browser, and the breakfast didn't satisfy me so much. I was expecting a little bit more considering the structure (but nothing such important!).
Modern and big hotel, with a very nice room. It was big as well, and confortable in terms of bed and pillow as well. The staff was kind and professional, the location is in a beautiful area of Shenzhen, not so far from the "boat square". There are many restaurants in place as well.

This is a great place to stay in Shekou. It is a very nice neighborhood in Shenzhen, though it is not centrally located in the city in general. With that said, it is a better quality of life than other areas, with a hiking path and cafes and restaurants, as well as the waterfront within in waking distance.
