There was no swimming pool. Hotel is little old. Charged one day deposit before visiting. Also charged full 3 day deposit then charged again for 3 days after checkout.

The hotel was like an abandoned mall, with a large area of empty shops and restaurants.

The room was in pretty good shape. The staff was friendly, changed our room per our request when we realized it over looked a construction site, and helped change our reservation.

Hotel is extremely dirty, corridors,rooms everything is too old and long time ago ready for change. Especially problem is that stuff don't change towels and bed linen ...in the hotel with four stars that is unacceptable. In front of hotel all night long prostitutes are waiting and even on aggressive way hunting customers. I saw even child prostitutes...hotel stuff is aware(I report them) but nothing to do. Very ugly and sad.

Location is very good,near my embassy,near metro,good connection with city centre. Stuff are kind and polite.

Was a little dated .

It was fairly good location and the property was clean enough if a little dated. Aircon was good and the beds comfortable . Is a small supermarket in another building attached to the hotel . 3 mins walk and 8 mins walk to a metro station.

This was the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in. The carpet was so dirty that I didn't even want to lay down my luggage. The bed didn't have a mattress topper, or it had a very thin one. Either way, I felt like I was sleeping on a bare mattress. The room had a sigarrate smell mixed with food spices. Sure, it was cheap, but for the price, I think people who book this hotel deserve a clean room. One of the rooms we booked had two dead cockroaches. It was humid inside the rooms, and the air conditioning cover seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for decades, including the carpet. There were many drunk people in and around the hotel.

Booked this as a bit of a treat as we had been in hostels for weeks, would rather a hostel! Made numerous attempts to contact the hotel before with a number of questions (due to language barrier/internet issues) but got no replies meaning we struggled to find it at 11pm and staff were quite rude ! Swimming pool was a must .... this was closed. Lots of nice areas in the lobbies - but only if you buy an overpriced drink .... overall not great!

the pool is out of use. the wall paper in my room was peeling and flaking. the gym is filthy. i wouldn’t stay here. the hotel across the street is much better.

the staff were very flexible about letting me cancel my booking and moving across the street to the Great Wall hotel. I couldn’t stay in landmark as it was just not up to standard.

the housekeeping lady doesn’t do her jop properly, she didn’t take the garbage for 3 days until I took it out of the room, she didn’t put the coffee and tea bags , once I called the reception about that they said sorry we will send you , she did that time and never again. no foreign tv channels except cnn. most of the staff can not speak English.

It's a very good business hotel, easy to reach and in good position if you are working in the area. Not so far from the turist area as well

Noisy room not well isolated, really small room, swimming pool was closed but not explained. The first day it was a problem with water from shower, only cold.The check in time was not possible to move, because the reply arrived a day later. The breakfast price was not included but it was delicious.

Moldy cups were left in the room for 10 days, the hotel staff tried to charge us double price, international credit card was not accepted even though I specifically emailed the hotel about this before my stay, communication skills of receptionists at desk were very lacking (not due to language).

Good location, receptionist staff who opened the doors were very polite, clean common areas
