Nice personnel, nice facilities and beds

Window didn’t close completely and now air purifiers were available. When travelling to a city like Beijing that is known for bad air, especially when travelling with children, it would be nice to at least get one on request. The room was nice and warm but sometimes a little too warm as well. Waking to the metro station was a little too far 15-20min I would guess.

It was a little bit difficult to find the hotel. Be attentive and look inside the yards (it’s a bit behind the main line of the buildings).

We liked the room, hotel design. Everything is brand new and looks very stylish. We left at 4 o’clock in the morning, no problems with early check out. Despite it was snowing outside the room was warm and comfortable.

Noisy Aircon, staff with limited English, no early breakfast ( start at 7:30AM) , very average breakfast

Location, quiet, next to restaurant , 20 minutes to airport subway, nice decoration, good room, good value for money

Just a couple of minor issues. The safe was a bit slow and unreliable. The sliding bathroom door is a bit weak, thin and it's not easy to fully close it without leaving a gap.

Very nice and helpful staff. Great location - lots of dining options very nearby and the subway station is only a few minutes walk away. We loved the coffee from the cafe downstairs. The bed was super comfortable and a great size! We also loved the shower. We didn't manage to make use of the balcony outside but it was good to know the option was there.

To be honest, its really not that good. I read the comment its kind of misleading me. There are much better hotels/fast line hotels shoud be better. they dont even have shower jacket and slippers... It feels not a mature hotel. we booked it due to it close to the sanyunqiao metro, it turns out that area is under construction. we walked a lot with big laugagge. Overall. it is an ok experience.

from it stays it's 12 universal Studios but it took an hour and it cost by did I around 100RMB to get back and forth almost think it best to stay closer if possible but foreigners can't stay in Chinese hotels right now so it's very expensive to travel

The room is smaller than I imagined and the heater was very warm (it was impossible not to sweat during the night). Also, I accidentally swiped the card on 112's door (instead of 111), and, to my surprise, the door opened anyway, which led me to believe that the same card can unlock any door in the hotel. Not safe at all.

The price is ok for a hotel in Chaoyang, there is a subway station relatively close by (about 15 minutes walk) and the staff are very helpful, although they don't speak English.

I like where it isconvenient to airport express and all amenities yet in a safe local environment

I love their studios - not all rooms in the house have the same comfort but of course they are also of a different price. Studios with balcony are definitively the best.

The staff was great. They helped me a lot with checking in earlier, print one document, keep my belongings at the check out, etc. Wifi was fast and worked great, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. I would return for sure

This is the second time I go to this hotel, it is wonderful, and very well decorated, the manager is very professional and attentive, the staff also, I plan to make a long stay, I particularly recommend it, we feels, like home !!
